Disclosures
The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. Great for skiing. Has a great view of the mountain and is just across the street from the bus stop. Was very clean when we arrived and a modern well stocked kitchen. As a bonus we got 10 inches of fresh powder the day after we arrived.

Beautiful and clean condo.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place looks exactly like the pictures or better. It was super clean with everything you needed, even family games which came in handy during the cold nights. We also really enjoyed the heated floors and headed toilet seats! Location was good and views were incredible too! We would stay here again no doubt!

This was a great place to stay and it was very clean. The house had many things I didn't even expect like laundry detergent. We loved staying here and would again. It was a short walk to WP Village. The owner was very responsive when I had questions.

Great remodel

Really enjoyed this property skiing with the family. Remodeled recently and in stellar shape. Only downside is they must have just painted the bunk bed room as it has some strong smell that made it hard to sleep in there.

We staying in this lovely condo for a week in preparation for Elevation Everest! It's a 4 min drive to park in guest parking by the Gondola! There are so many beautiful places all within a 1.5 hour drive! Red rocks was only an hour and 15 min away! I would stay here for sure again!

The property was great for our family,plenty of room for all of us. We had one issue- the batteries in the keyless entry went out and we were locked out for about an hour until a Maintaince person was able to get to the property to change the batteries.

Great condo location close to Winter Park Ski resort. The toilet in the Master is amazing - it's heated. The space was clean and the perfect size. The heat does not change, so it's 70 degrees. The second bedroom needs curtains. It's hard to sleep with the light coming in. Enjoyed staying here.

Perfect Condo

The condo has everything we needed including a high chair and pack n play on top of all kitchen accessories. The upgrades on the condo were amazing and felt like a more expensive rental because of them. Location is great and the shuttles to the mountain are right out front and come often, we never had to wait more than a couple of minutes. We would definitely stay here again. If traveling with small kids, the stairs were a bit nerve wracking for us, but we knew that going into it and didn't have any issues.

Loved being back at Winter Park place

We have stayed in this condo building many times but WPP 15 was the best. Loved the redesign of the floor plan. Being across the street from the bus stop was really convenient. Everyone could ski on their own schedule. Kitchen is very well equipped and we enjoyed making our evening meals together. Would love to stay there again, but I think it is coming off the rental market. Too bad…

Great spacious condo!

We rented a condo in the Winter Park place. It was a half mile walk to the gondola. But the shuttles were so quick and convenient that we used them every morning and evening. The condo was so spacious clean and modern. It felt like home. We had all the pots and pans induction stove and a wood burning fireplace. Our family of six was very comfortable. It was our first time skiing at Winter Park resort and we will definitely be back again!

Pros: good kitchen, plenty of room, comfortable living space and beds. Like the updated modern look, showers, and toilets. Mostly very clean, good bedding, linens, and towels. Cons: The heat doesn't seem to work great at night, could use better comforters. The fireplace is real wood, but no real wood in the condo complex to make fires. Hot tub was great first night, on the blink the second night. The main surfaces and floors were clean, but not the tops of drawers, like the oven drawer was very dirty. Be prepared to walk 10 min or so to the slopes, the bus schedule was not great and the Green line bus is not shown on the Lift app.

Winter Park Gem

We had a great time at the property. Location was perfect. It was one shuttle stop away from the main area where we had to be for the kids’ ski school. Everything we needed like grocery store, ski rental and tubing were all within 10 min drive. The place was very well stocked with everything we needed. It was clean and exactly as presented by the pictures. Rooms were decent size and the beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of extra towels, blankets and pillows. Wifi, TVs all worked very well in every room and there were a few board games available for us to play as well. Appliances were nice as well. My only criticism about the place is the laundry. I think a larger washer/dryer combo would have been nice and more importantly, the door could not be closed and we had to deal with the noise of the machines. Overall, we would definitely go back to this very property. Highly recommend!!
