Stay was perfect, place was clean and comfortable, location to town was great. Host was easy to communicate with. The only issue was there was no milk for our coffee

Clean, tidy with very comfortable beds, dishwasher broken but being replaced 21/1/26. A bit hot during summer needs air conditioning in living area, air conditioning only in back bedroom.

This is a great property, very clean, spacious and located close to town in a quiet street. Under floor heating in the bathrooms was a bonus we didn’t expect.
This property was beautiful. Looks to have been newly renovated and it was very clean and modern.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and loved visiting Orange.
We felt very comfortable and the property was very homely.
We would definitely recommend staying at this property and would rebook when we visit Orange again.

We'd love to welcome you back again Nikola, thankyou so much for taking the time to leave us this lovely review!
We arrived to a very warm house which immediately felt welcoming as it was frosty outside. Absolutely everything we needed to be comfortable from the living room, kitchen, bathrooms and comfy beds with warm quilts. After visiting friends for lunch each day it was just so nice to come 'home' to rest. The comfort of the home made our stay so enjoyable. Thank you.

We all enjoyed staying at this beautifully renovated house within walking distance of 15 minutes to the cbd of Orange. A coffee shop just down the road in Nile Street as well! Beds very comfortable, lounges as well, kitchen with lots of plates and glasses etc and a great deck overlooking the spacious backyard, to sit on with drinks at the end of the day!

We had a fabulous stay at this property. It was so much more than expected. Beautifully presented & a very impressive renovation. I would highly recommend it to others. I'd like to give some feedback/suggestions. The coffee pods supplied didn't fit in the coffee machine. There was no milk for a cup of tea on arrival. I would recommend a small long-life milk be provided. The iron is broken. It works but kept leaking water on the clothes as I was ironing. The heater in the lounge room was running well but on the last night it kept automatically switching off and the display said, "heater filter".Rear bedroom - insect screen coming away from frame.Rear bedroom - had a lot of trouble reaching the power points behind the bedheads. I'd suggest an accessible powerboard.

A lovely house, great location and a quiet street. We requested an earlier check in than 3pm but this was denied due to the expected cleaning times. No cleaners were present at the house between 2pm and 3pm but we could not get into contact with the host. None of our messages or calls were answered to help us get access. Even though check in was supposed to be 3pm we were not sent any access information until after 3:30pm even after numerous texts and phone calls. It is a lovely and clean property, however we wasted 20 on the coffee pods only to find the coffee machine did not work. Beds were comfortable. Location central, a very quiet street.

Thank you for your feedback. We're pleased to hear that you enjoyed the property's location, cleanliness, comfortable beds, and peaceful surroundings.
We apologise for any frustration regarding your arrival experience. As this was a long weekend and there was a guest checking out on the morning of your arrival, our cleaners required the full turnaround time to prepare the property to our standards. For this reason, we were unable to approve the requested early check-in. To help accommodate your stay, we also provided a complimentary late check-out.
We would also like to clarify that the access details were sent two days prior to your arrival via the Boarding Pass link, which contained all check-in information. We are sorry if there was any difficulty accessing these details on the day.
Thank you for bringing the coffee machine issue to our attention. We will have this checked by our team.
We appreciate your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future with a much smoother experience.
Thank you for your positive rating! We would love to welcome you back again. 😊
