OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
As you walk through the uniquely carved wooden entrance, you’ll be greeted by a gorgeous vacation paradise. The oversized pool has an integrated spa and is surrounded by lounge chairs, an outdoor living area, a vintage daybed, a built-in fire pit, and a fabulous veranda with alfresco dining. You’ll even find an outdoor shower and a beautiful fountain! If you’re in the mood to BBQ, you can find a BBQ grill in the outdoor area adjacent to the kitchen. Lush landscaping, towering palm trees, and stunning mountain views add to the magic of this spectacular property.

INDOOR LIVING SPACES
Fabulous vacation home with the perfect blend of Moroccan chic and Palm Springs charm. Gorgeous and sophisticated but casual and comfortable at the same time. Walls of glass around the property blur the lines between indoor-outdoor living in true Palm Springs style. The free-flowing floor plan is perfect for spending time with your entire group - but there are also quiet spaces tucked away for getting some alone time. The living area - which features a gorgeous fireplace with Moroccan tile - flows into the dining area and well-stocked kitchen. There is also a separate den with a sofa and a desk - perfect for stepping away for remote working and learning.

This property has all the appointments you would expect from a luxury home - high-speed internet, upgraded heating/cooling systems and a washer/dryer. The owners have thought of everything!

SLEEPING QUARTERS
All bedrooms have been beautifully styled and feature a hotel-quality mattress, ample storage and direct access to the outdoors. The Primary Bedroom has a California King bed and an ensuite bath with a double sink. One Guest Room has a Queen bed and easy access to the guest bathroom in the hallway, the other Guest Room has a Queen bed and an ensuite bath.

There is also a detached casita where you’ll find a Queen bed with an ensuite bath - plus its own kitchenette equipped with a sink, a wine fridge, flat screen tv, and of course, its own coffeemaker. There is even a dining table for 2 guests and direct access to a fabulous private patio with more alfresco dining.

THE LOCATION
Driving is completely optional while staying at this property - conveniently located in the popular Tahquitz River Estates neighborhood. You'll be less than a mile from the world-famous Palm Canyon Drive, close to both the South Palm Springs Business District and the bustling Downtown area. Grocery stores, fine dining, casual restaurants, nighttime entertainment, and some great coffee shops are all just a 15-30 minute walk or an easy Uber ride away. This really is the ideal location for those who want to be close to everything - but removed from the hustle and bustle of Downtown.
