Our private Mima’s Village Property in Cozumel, Mexico has ONE and/or TWO Bedrooms Villas to offer, and is great for a couple or up to a party of 4/6 adults...

Mima’s Village is a delightful, fully furnished 1 or 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Ocean Front View Villas located very close to the Chankanaab National Marine Park (600 meters), which happens to be the one of most popular attraction in Cozumel Island...

Just a five-minute taxi ride from the cruise ship terminal, and is a favorite for scuba divers, cruise ship passengers, day trippers and beach lovers. Enjoy the natural beauty of our snorkel & diving area, explore the park’s reef area, amaze yourself with their archaeological tour or simply do nothing and relax inside the coziness of your Villa.

The Villas are spacious units with fully equipped kitchens, dining areas, & living room with ocean views, all of them with two bathrooms with shower, and air conditioning in the bedrooms....

We offer you complimentary Bicycles and Snorkeling gear with your stay...

A Compact Car and/or a SUV are also available to you at a very reasonable price per day...

There is a private deck which is a perfect place to enjoy the majestic ocean view.

Amenities include TV`s, high speed internet connection (Up to 100mbps), Amazon's Fire Stick Upon request only, so you can watch your favorite's tv shows or sports via and VPN connection... all you need is to bring with you your Amazon´s account details, and ceiling fans throughout the villas.

The Villa pictured here has the master bedroom with two double size beds and the second bedroom with a king size bed.

Both rooms are fitted with comfortable bedding.

We can provide per request, 1 bedroom 2 bath villas, 2 beds for up to 4 people or 2 bedrooms, 2 bath villas with sleeping for 6 people. Please, ask for prices.

Great home away from home

We just LOVED staying here - great location, clean and very friendly (Memo even shuttled us to/from the ferry super early/late for a trip one day) we loved all our neighbors and how it has a real family feel to it... and ya can't beat the view and snorkeling right out the door.We'll be back soon!

Great Experience and Great people!!

We walked in and Memo met us and let us know that we were home for the week!! We had great neighbors, and didnt even lock our door when we left for the day. We felt very comfortable and safe! I would recommend all day long!!!

Great location by the water. Snorkeling was great. Having a pool on the property was nice. It is about 10 minutes from the city, so it is nice to have a car for transportation. Inside was spacious and clean. There were air conditioners only in the two bedrooms, but were able to cool the place down. Kitchen had a microwave, toaster oven, large refrigerator and a stove. Overall, it was a nice, quiet and relaxing stay.

Great condo unit in safe area

Stayed here alone for a few days and felt totally safe. The manager, Paul, was very helpful and responsive. Great snorkelling in front of unit. Easy to catch a taxi if you do not rent a car.

Mima's Village is the perfect place to stay on Cozumel

My husband, son, and I stayed at Mima's Village for 10 days. It was in a great location in Las Uvas - quiet and right across the street from the ocean. The ocean there really is great for snorkeling. We snorkeled in the ocean and swam in the pool. We could also walk to beach clubs and restaurants where we had great meals and drinks. Our host - Memo - was very communicative and we enjoyed talking to him. He also helped arrange a snorkeling trip for us and gave us advice on places to go. I hope to stay there again!

Lovely spacious apartment overlooking the ocean

You can go snorkeling right across the road which is great and the pool is clean. The balcony and rooms are huge and the furniture is comfortable. One heads up. If you don’t like to drive at night, there are very few walkable options for meals. But the kitchen is well set up.

Girls Getaway

We had an amazing stay in Cozumel. Memo greeted us at the airport and provided lots of valuable information for our stay on the island. The place was spacious, clean, and comfortable. During the week, he provided us with snorkeling gear, cooler, towels, and responded so quickly to each of our requests. We were very glad that we rented a vehicle and were able to head out each day to see a different part of the island. In the evenings, we met the neighbors by the pool who were also full of suggestions for our stay in Cozumel. I would highly recommend this property!

This place is amazing. We visited Cozumel December of 2018 with our 2 kids (10&12) and stayed in Villa Amanacer. It is spacious, gorgeous views, clean and safe. It's a bit away from the noise and crowds of downtown, which is exactly what we wanted. We rented a car which was handy, but not necessary since you can easily get a taxi at the hotel a couple of hundred yards away. The snorkeling right across from Mimas is great, no need to pay for a snorkeling trip! Paul was extremely helpful and took great care of us! I still cant believe that we were able to book this place over the busy holiday season...I'm shocked it isn't sold out every day!!!! We plan on coming back as often as we can!

Excellent property with everything you need for a family.

We wanted a place to stay that was set back from the busy, commercialized places, was quiet, right by the beach, where we could cook if we wanted or eat out if we chose, was close enough that we could still visit the markets, attractions and tours, and most importantly would fit our family of five. Mima's village checked all these boxes. Our kids loved the pool and went swimming every evening. The beach is rocky but alive with sea life. We saw all kinds of fish, octopus, coral, urchin, crabs, rays, and collected so many shells. There is also an awesome little sandy beach area 2 minutes walk down the road. Memo was amazing and so accommodating. He told us all the best places to eat and shop and answered any questions we had. He even taught us how to use the charcoal grill. We had the best time and made so many memories. I highly recommend staying at Mima's village.

Memo, you made our stay so perfect for Shannon's birthday! You and Vicki are so kind and helpful. You gave us great suggestions from grocery shopping, to beaches to visit. Everything was perfect! Welcome to Mexico.

The property was an second floor unit (Stairs) with a shared balcony. There are split A/C units in the bedrooms but not the common area. We lost power one morning due to a blown transformer. The internet reception was sketchy in some areas of the house. Overall our issues were addressed and we enjoyed our stay.

What a great place to stay!! Memo was very attentive before & during our stay. Ocean view and so close to the beach. Less than 1 minute walk from your front door to the sand. Lots of room for the family and comfortable. Close to town. Drive and explore the island and the wonderful people. Absolutely gorgeous location. Most amazing sunsets right in front of you. Fun snorkeling just steps away. The owner and manager are very pleasant to interact with. We rented a car which gave us total freedom to explore the island but you could definitely get by without it if content with an occasional taxi to heart of tourist area. Tons of space in the condo. Full kitchen. So much better than a hotel. We will definitely be coming back

Nice property, would be nicer if it was non-smoking.

This is a nice property and the persons managing it are very kind and helpful. However, it is NOT a non-smoking property outside. Therefore, when you share a porch/patio with other people you run the risk of inhaling cigarette smoke which was a problem for us as there was no private balcony. After some days the "smokers" moved to a table around the corner but not without some grumbling and all in all it created a lot of unnecessary stress. I think that if there was a designated smoking area to begin with, away from the other people renting who expect to enjoy the view and relax without breathing in cigarette smoke, it would be a great place to rent. That way the smokers AND the non-smokers could all enjoy their stay.
