Great property within walking distance to town. We had 4 adults and 4 toddlers. We really appreciated all the kids toys, books, and little things like a step stool on the bathroom. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfectly located cute house in Salida with room for our 2 families, as well as lockable bike storage for all of our gear, and fenced in back yard for the pup! Highly recommended!

Worked with a small puppy and a 10 year old medium border aussie mix. Very close to the river & town. We walked everywhere (about 1/2 mile) and barely used the vehicles. Home is well stocked , especially the kitchen and back yard. We chilled, relaxed and had a great weekend!

The property worked perfectly for our extended family traveling with a dog. The back yard was very inviting and the location was great. It was an easy walk to the farmer’s market.The kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated the window ac units. We will stay there again the next time we are in the area.

We enjoyed our stay in this rental. It is more spacious than the pictures may have you thinking. They recently added bedroom window ac units and that was greatly appreciated. The vintage townie bikes were a nice touch and worked great for scooting around Salida. Having coffee in the hot tub each morning was a delight. The host was responsiveness and very helpful.

This lovely home looks small from the outside but is actually spacious and was very clean. There’s lots of seating inside and the patio was a delightful place to hang out and watch the night sky. We enjoyed the location you can walk to downtown Salida with good food options, Riverside park and the Arkansas River.

Amazing location

We stayed here for a friend’s wedding and had the best time! The location was great and we were easily able to walk into town. Would highly recommend staying here for a family or group of friends!

Fun stay in salida

Came to Salida to compete with my pups. We had a lovely stay. Close to town and in a quiet neighborhood. Hopefully we’ll be back next year!

Great place to stay

The location is great! We were able to walk to downtown for dinner and not to far of a drive for skiing. Close to a disc golf park too! The home was clean and the instructions for check-in were clear and easy. The hot tub was perfect for relaxing after skiing!
