This 70's inspired retro apartment is located on the third floor and features Ocean Views of Kings Passage, Shelly Beach and the northern coast over Moffat Beach. Located just two blocks walk from Kings Beach's patrolled surf beach its central location is great for families wanting a vacation close to town and the beach. With two bedrooms, an open plan living and dining room as well as balcony there's room for the whole family to enjoy. An outdoor pool is located on the ground floor.

The Space:
Open Plan Living Room, kitchen and dining with seating for six. The outdoor balcony has a small dining suite for 4 as well as a couch to relax with your morning coffee.

You'll have access to the entire apartment, one single lock-up garage. Shared access to the buildings outdoor pool.

*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)

*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.

*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
