Bedroom 2: This room is perfect for the kids and sleeps three with a bunk bed and single trundle bed, a ceiling fan and a wardrobe. Bedroom two also features glass sliding doors that open out to the balcony space.
Bathroom 2: This bathroom features a combination bath/shower, vanity and toilet.
Laundry: Top loader washing machine, dryer and sink.
Guest Access:
The apartment is located on the 4th floor, guests will have access to the entire apartment along with one underground car space in the secured garage.

The apartment is in the ultimate position to park your car and explore the area by foot. Located approximately a 6 minute walk to Kings Beach patrolled beach, the surf club plus an abundance of cafes and restaurants to enjoy. If you’re holidaying with the little ones, they will absolutely love the Kings Beach water fountains play area and beach pool on the foreshore. Kings Beach is perfectly positioned with access to local parks, shopping centres, plus kilometres of cycling and coastal walking tracks.

Getting Around:
It's ideal to have a car to get around the Sunshine Coast, if you’re wanting a break from driving the local bus does service this area frequently should you need it. The apartment is approximately an 4-minute walk to Moreton Parade where bus services are available and operate to Maroochydore (northbound) and Caloundra Station (southbound).

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)
*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
