This two bedroom apartment comes with ducted air-conditioning, secure access and is ideal for a family or two couples. It has a large balcony that overlooks the park, which also wraps around the side of the building where you can see the ocean. The apartment is located in a quiet area being just far enough from the hustle and bustle of the main road, though convenient to everything.

It boasts open plan living providing plenty of space for everyone and has modern furnishings. The family bathroom has a shower over the bath and the master bedroom has an ensuite. The complex has a pool and communal BBQ facilities with a coffee shop on site. The apartment also has secure underground car parking for one car.

A few issues

This property is in a great location and it was clean. We had an issue with the air con in that it only worked intermittently. We received a phone call the day before our arrival to say the previous occupants also reported it not working but the issue was now resolved. It wasn't. This was a problem at night as the main bedroom does not have a window that opens and the room became very stuffy. There is no cross ventilation. Also some table lamps would be good rather than having to use the ceiling lights.

Beautiful Weekend

We really enjoyed our stay at this conveniently located, neat and tidy apartment. Would highly recommend for families looking for a comfortable place to relax within close proximity to beaches, playgrounds, restaurants, etc. I'm sure we will be back.

Great location and nice apartment

We really enjoyed our stay. Club across the road and sea water pool. The complex pool is very small and quite cold as it gets no sun. There are coffee shops and restaurants in very close proximity. The re is secure underground parking and a lift to all floors. The only downside was the aircon didn't work and was not fixed during our stay, however we were compensated for this problem.

Fully self contained, excellent location

Stayed beginning of December, the unit was clean airconditioned, self contained, excellent value for money. Secure parking, across from the beach and beach pool.
