3/40 Bigoon Road is in a great central location that is walking distance to all shops, beaches and Island transport.

On entry level there is the kitchen with modern appliances including a Nespresso machine and open plan dining and lounge leading out to the covered deck with gas Webber BBQ and lovely fenced yard. All furniture in the home is modern and the television is a smart tv and is connected to the High Speed NBN. Just log in to your favourite apps and enjoy! The home is fully air conditioned with a full ducted system.
There is a laundry on the ground level with front load washer and dryer and there is also a toilet on this level.

Upstairs there are 3 good sized bedrooms with a king bed in the master, queen in the second and king single in the third all with built in wardrobes. The master bedroom has direct access to the bathroom on this level. All bedrooms are fully screened.
