Memorial holiday week and 2 great weeks in September are available! Much of the house has just been renovated! Relax by the beach in this wonderful 5 bedroom, 4 bath waterfront house in Provincetown's quiet East End. This is the perfect get-away for anyone wanting to doze to the sounds of the ocean, walk the beach, and meander into town. This home has one of the largest backyards on the bay, extending to a cozy deck directly over the water. The views of Provincetown Bay, Long Point Light and the Truro shoreline are spectacular! The only 5 bedroom on the water!

The first floor has three bedrooms all with queen beds, each has window ac-2 full baths just outside the bedrooms, kitchen/living area with sliders leading to a large deck, and fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs has two large bedrooms, each with queen bed, two en-suite baths, a large deck off the master bedroom, and a fully equipped kitchen/living area with small deck. Tandem parking for four cars, Washer/dryer on each floor. Wifi installed. Saturday to Saturday weekly rentals only during the summer. Shorter stays during the off season.

This property is located on the beach in the best part of Provincetown, the quiet East End. There are no houses located in front or behind you. This provides nice privacy over many homes that are rented. Walk to the edge of the property and take in the amazing views of the bay or walk the beach at low tide. Walk to the center of town, only 15 minutes away through the beautiful gallery district.

BEST. TRIP. EVER.

We stayed at this beach house for a week in late June. Best. Trip. Ever! The house is large and stunning. Especially the master bedroom and bathroom. The large A frame windows and skylights overlook the beautiful ocean with decks on both levels. House was extremely charming and clean with plenty of space. Ptown is just awesome as always. The owners were quick to answer and responsive to our needs. Wish we never had to leave…Will definitely be back again and again!

Best P-town rental in 15 years

Paul is a terrific host and his home is hands down the best P-town rental we have ever booked. We will be back! The property is absolutly gorgeous. The furniture is stylish and shows no wear. Even the rustic pieces are well chosen and fit the casual/elegant beach house style. No dated "New Englandly colonial" furniture here. The kitchens are both very well equipped with nice appliances, stainless island downstairs, great selection of dishes and utensils and each has its own grill. Even basic spices and seasonings were waiting for us. The bedrooms & baths have beautiful high end fixtures, great linens and plenty of towels. Upstairs and downstairs washer dryers make laundry easy. The house has a great selection of classic books, large tv and good internet. This house is great for two couples or small families or super-lux for a single family. If you can make it work I highly reccomend taking the whole house so you don't have to share with strangers. The units are both very complete and I would gladly stay in either, but the exta space and exclusive use of the driveway and wonderful waterfront backyard is a dream. Every time I sat down in the adirondack chairs at the end of the dock I felt like I was in a Corona commercial with the ocean lapping at my feet. Located on the quieter East end, just a bit east of the Surfside hotel, the house is an easy bike ride or 10-15 minute walk to everything in P-town. If you asked for anything I would change about this rental I think I would be stumped. Absolutly my favorite place over the last in 15 years of renting , and 30 years of visiting the Cape. Ten stars, five for each unit.

Family Graduation Celebration

We arrived to find an amazing home filled with everything we needed to have a quiet family celebration of our nephew’s graduation. The home was immaculate and the view was breathtaking. It was quiet yet walkable to the stores and restaurants. We will definitely return again.
