Located in one of Amarillo's most historic neighborhoods. Beautiful attached studio with King Bed, tile floors, all appliances, including washer and dryer, separate yard and patio area. Across the street from Austin Park. Amazing amenities.

The studio is attached to the back of our house and has its own separate entrance, along with separate yard and patio area. We live across the street from Austin Park.

The Property has a ring security camera placed in the front exterior of the home. Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons. It in no way infringes upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas.

We welcome all well-behaved dogs, but please be sure to mention your pet when you are making a reservation or sending an inquiry.
We are "pet friendly" and have a few guidelines for our guests with furry friends / fur babies.
- Guest are responsible for cleaning up any pet waste.
- Please keep pets off furniture and bedding.
- Please remember to clean your pet's paws when they come inside.
-If it has been raining or snowing, please make sure pets do not track mud inside.

Any evidence of not following these guidelines may incur extra cleaning fees.

Bedroom has king bed that sleeps 2. There is a queen blow up mattress available that will sleep 2.

Very clean and conveniently-located studio. Well-lit and safe. Kitchen was well-equipped and furniture was very comfortable. Nice shower. We were worn out from our time on the road and the a/c delivered. Will definitely stay here again when passing through Amarillo.

Thank you for the clean & discus accommodation. We were impressed by the little touches of chilled water bottle bottles, full pitcher of filtered water, plenty of linens & effective A/C during the Texas summer heat. Great communication & accommodation of our late night check in. Comfortable, private, easy booking & check out.

This was our first time to stay at this beautiful property- and everything was amazing! Checkin instructions were clear and it was spacious, clean and great set up for what we needed on our stay! This spot was perfect for what I needed for one night on my road trip though would be an excellent home base for a longer stay in Amarillo. Quiet neighborhood with a lovely park across the street, spotlessly clean, and the private patio was a nice bonus. Everything matched the photos and was clearly well cared for. The little touches—lamps left on for my arrival, non-intrusive labels, thoughtful instructions—made it even better. Glad I also booked them for my return trip!

We were in town for our son’s college graduation in Canyon. Perfect for a couple! Super clean, bed was extremely comfortable and it smelled amazing. Host was super helpful and responded quickly to us. We will definitely be back when we visit this summer and Fall.
