Welcome to Beachwood Villas 7G! This 1B/1B is located in the heart of Seagrove Beach and has plenty of amenities to offer you and your family! This ground floor unit sleeps 4, and is complete with a brand new king bed, and a full/oversized twin sleeper futon in the family room. There is a covered patio with seating off the of family so you can enjoy your coffee or evening night cap all while smelling the salty air.



The Beachwood Villas Complex has not 1, but 2 community pools for your usage during your stay. The complex also boasts tennis courts, shuffle board, community charcoal grills, and a small playground area for the youngest ones in your group. All this, and you are less than a 3 minute walk to the beach access!
