Great spacious property with excellent kitchen facilities and entertainment. The beds could have been a bit more comfortable, but our bodies are older. Great communication with the property manager. Bonus...my brother was able to charge his Tesla.
We had a great time! Short drive to virginia city and a short drive to carson city! Very clean and nice neighborhood! The only thing that needs improvement is cooking pans and lawn needed mowed along with weeds on side of house! Area rugs need replaced, other than that beautiful!
The house was bright and welcoming on our arrival. The dining table was great for meals, family games and visiting. It is in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed our stay!
This was a fantastic place to stay for the weekend. It is 15 minutes away from just about everything. The house had plenty of room and was very clean. I would certainly encourage others to stay here when possible.

Great home in Reno
There were 3 of us who were in Reno for an Adult Figure Skating Camp at Reno Ice. This spacious house was perfect for us. We each had our own bedroom (all were very comfortable) and, in the two bathrooms, each bathroom had 2 sinks. The location was perfect for us, a quiet neighborhood with trees, not far from the rink, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. We enjoyed the backyard when we got home each afternoon!
Spacious house with 3 comfortable bedrooms and two sinks in each of the 2 bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed. We were in Reno for an Adult Figure Skating Camp at Reno Ice and this was very convenient to the rink as well as restaurants, grocery stores and everything we needed. The host was very responsive to the couple of questions we had. There were only 3 of us but there was plenty of room for more people.

Perfect for kids
House was great. Was in town for a volleyball tournament and needed a place for the family to stay while at the tournament. Kids all had plenty of space and toys to stay occupied. Great neighborhood and close by food places. Beds were a little hard and could have used more silverware. Was clean and would recommend.
We stayed at this house for two full weeks. It is a light filled house with all the expected amenities. The cabinets throughout the house are almost impossible to open (they don’t have pulls), and we cooked a lot, so that was annoying. The WiFi was spotty, and we reached out to the property manager to see if we could reset the router (which we could not find). It took her four days to get back to us, but once she did, we reset the router and it was much better. The bed felt a bit like a futon, but I’ve slept on much worse. The house is roomy and the neighborhood has walking trails throughout the back of the property, which is nice on a sunny day. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Nice big house, but with some issues
This is a nice big house in a residential area, but attention to details was lacking. The house can sleep up to 9. We planned to use the BBQ - it did not work. We went to set the table - only 2 forks and 2 small spoons in the drawer - thankfully someone had left a few plastic utensils in a closet. The pictures showed a large walk-in closet in the master bedroom - it was locked, no access, we had to use a closet in another bedroom. The towels seemed clean, but had dark stains on them - probably because the owners ask the renter to start a load of towels in the washer before leaving. The pictures showed a record player with records - it did not work. The yard looked nice in the pictures - but there were LOTS of weeds and the lawn had not been mowed. We sent an email about the BBQ and silverware issue the night we arrived - No return calls or email. We would not book this again.
We traveled with my parents and infant son. My husband had to work during the trip so the office was perfect for our needs. Best working space we’ve ever had at a property. Private quiet and equipped with dual monitor. We had family over for dinner and the dining area/living room was perfect for having people over to meet our new baby boy. The house also had a great kids room, our baby was too young to use it but would be very helpful/convenient if they got older. All in all a very pleasant stay, great location and would definitely stay there again
Beautiful house. And it had everything we needed to have a great time.
We had a epic weekend at this wonderfully house. It had all the amenities we needed for cooking and BBQ. It's located in a great location for a street vibrations weekend. And close to stores gas stations. Nice quiet neighborhood. It's well furnished. With a 2 car garage. I will be looking to get this house again for the 2023 fall rally. Thank you again for a epic weekend.
First impression upon pulling up to the property my heart sank. The front yard was overgrown with weeds and looked quite unkept. The backyard was also in need of the lawn mowing. It was too think for the kids to play in. The property advertised a fire pit for which we planned s’mores. There wasn’t a fire pit, but there was a bbq that worked as a substitute.
The insides was great! Our family came from e different states for a wedding, we had nine of us that were completely comfortable. There was everything we needed to feel at home and spread out. The neighborhood was great for kids playing outside and taking walks. We were close to restaurants, shopping, golf and touring downtown. It was our first trip to Reno and want to come back. We would definitely use this property again if it were available.
We took some time and did some weeding while we were there!
We had a great time celebrating the New Year with our family in this beautiful home. The location was nice and quiet. We were very comfortable here. The only thing we could suggest from a family who loves to cook would be-more big pans and large bowls to serve or mix in. We couldn't find any cookie sheets either. It was the perfect place to host our family and we would definitely love to come again!!
The home worked out in size for the family who were staying together vs hotel. It was close to restaurants and grocery store. Not more than 20 min drive to University. We enjoyed our 2 day stay.
