Sleeping arrangements
This three-level home sleeps six guests across three bedrooms with three beds and two and a half bathrooms. The primary suite includes its own full bath, and one bathroom features a bathtub for a relaxing soak after a day by the shore. Fresh linens, soft bedding, and thoughtful touches ensure restful nights.

Outdoor living
Step onto the private patio to enjoy the coastal air. The shared saltwater pool (Pool is shared with the Salt Therapy South house) invites a refreshing swim surrounded by palms and ocean air. Although unheated, the pool is open year-round for your enjoyment (no hot tub). Beach access is just across A1A, making sunrise walks and sunset strolls effortless.

Kitchen & dining
Prepare home-style meals in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster. The dining table offers space for shared breakfasts and relaxed dinners, with the gentle sound of the surf nearby.

Comforts & amenities
Throughout the home, you’ll find Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans for comfort in every season. The living area includes an HDTV for cozy nights in, and essentials such as towels, bed sheets, soap, and toilet paper are provided. A washer, dryer, iron, and hangers make longer stays convenient. A private elevator connects all three levels, and the driveway provides parking for up to three vehicles. Safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit.

Located in North Vilano Beach, you’ll be close to local shops, grocery stores, and restaurants, as well as the historic charm of downtown St. Augustine. The nearby Intracoastal Waterway offers opportunities for boating and coastal exploration, while the sandy beach awaits just steps away for peaceful morning walks or evenings spent listening to the waves.

-Pool is Not Heated & shared with the South house. No hot tub.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed and weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along with separate pet fees collected after you book. Pet Fee is $75 per night, not to exceed $750, plus taxes. Fee for a 2nd dog is dependent upon breed, weight & approval.
