Sleeping arrangements
This three-level home accommodates up to 6 guests with 3 bedrooms and 3 beds. The layout includes 2.5 bathrooms, providing comfort and convenience for families or groups. Each bedroom offers a retreat where you can rest easily after time spent on the beach.

Outdoor living
A unheated saltwater pool shared with the North Unit offers a refreshing spot to unwind. The private deck is ideal for gathering at sunset, while the BBQ grill makes it simple to prepare fresh seafood or casual meals outdoors. Beach access is just across A1A.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, wine glasses. A dining table brings everyone together indoors, or you can carry your meal outside to enjoy the coastal air.

Comfort and amenities
Inside, you will find air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Entertainment is available with an HDTV (guests are expected to provide their own login credentials, while extra linens, towels, pillows, and blankets are provided. A washer and dryer make extended stays simple, and an in-home elevator ensures easy access to all levels. Free parking is available on the premises for up to three vehicles.

The home includes 2.5 bathrooms, with features such as hot water, a bathtub, hair dryer, and cleaning products for guest use.

-Pool is Not Heated, No Hot Tub and shared with the North house.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed and weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along with separate pet fees collected after you book. Pet Fee is $75 per night, not to exceed $750, plus taxes. Fee for a 2nd dog is dependent upon breed, weight & approval.
