Living Space
This beachside retreat is made up of two neighboring homes, thoughtfully arranged to accommodate up to 12 guests across a total of six bedrooms and multiple bathrooms. Spanning three levels, the layout offers both shared gathering areas and private spaces to unwind, making it well suited for extended families or groups traveling together. An elevator provides access to all levels, adding ease and flexibility throughout the stay.

Ocean Views and Direct Beach Access
Just steps from your door, direct beach access leads straight to the sand, inviting morning strolls, afternoon beach time, and peaceful evenings watching the tide roll in. Ocean views can be enjoyed from various vantage points around the homes, creating a constant connection to the coastline.

Outdoor Living and Pool
A private outdoor saltwater pool sits just outside, available year-round and perfect for a refreshing dip after a beach walk. The surrounding outdoor space includes areas to relax, gather, and enjoy the coastal setting, with a grill nearby for laid-back meals at home.

Kitchen and Dining
Each home includes a kitchen and dining space designed for shared meals and easy entertaining. With full-size appliances, cookware, and dining areas, you have everything needed to prepare and enjoy meals together without leaving the property.

Comfort and Everyday Conveniences
Throughout the homes, you’ll find air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, and WiFi, along with a 50-inch HDTV for downtime between outings. A washer and dryer are available for longer stays, and a dedicated workspace supports remote work when needed.

Parking and Access
Parking is simple, with a garage, driveway parking for multiple vehicles, and space suitable for boat or jet ski parking. A private entrance and self check-in via keypad allow for smooth arrivals and departures.

Pet Policy
This property is Dog Friendly with pre-approval and additional fees, allowing you to bring your canine companion along with advance approval.

Note: There are 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms in each of 2 houses guests are renting the entire property, it includes 2 houses - Salt Therapy North & South.
The pool here is unheated, although unheated, the pool is yours to enjoy surrounded by palms and fresh ocean air. (no hot tub)

-Please be aware that outdoor surveillance camera(s) are in operation on this property for security purposes.
-Pool is Not Heated & No Hot Tub. Pool accessible from ground floor only through garage or outer gate.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed and weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along with separate pet fees collected after you book. Pet Fee is $75 per night, not to exceed $750, plus taxes. Fee for a 2nd dog is dependent upon breed, weight & approval.
