Peaceful Waterfront Pool Home by RedAwning

This peaceful (non-smoking) canal front home will stun you as you take in the

beautiful waterfront setting from the screened in lanai. The saltwater pool

will be the place your family unwinds and defines relaxation. The pool area

has two sun loungers and a lovely patio set that is so comfortable you want to

spend all day there. The boat dock is a perfect place to fish, or if you're

lucky, to see the Manatees and Dolphins go by. The large saltwater pool is

inviting and has the option for heating in winter months. Please inquire for

cost of heating to 85 degrees. Information will be found in your check-in

email.



This home has a gas grill for cooking out, as well as a large, well-equipped

kitchen with a chef-worthy gas Kucht oven. The home has soaring ceilings and a

55-inch smart tv for movie night after playing at the pool or exploring the

nearby beaches. The grill is complimentary as long as it is not abused. It

is recommended to clean before and after use as it is the sole responsibility

of the guest for its condition and is not a guarantee of service.



There are 4 inflatable paddle boards for guests to use. (inflate to 12-15 PSI

with the provided pumps). Complimentary if not abused but not a guarantee of

service.



The master is separated from the other bedrooms with its own large 5-piece

bath and walk in shower. It is equipped with a walk in closet and direct

access to the lanai. Both secondary bedrooms also have king sized beds and

personal smart TVs.



This home is close to parks, beaches, golf and great restaurants. It is 30

minutes from the Daytona airport, 65 minutes to Jacksonville, and 1 hour and

35 minutes to Orlando.



Please Park in the driveway. No street parking. 3 Car Maximum. ** NO

U-Haul, Motorcycle, boat or recreational TRAILERS**.



This home has a ring doorbell/exterior security cameras, Wi-Fi extenders and

keyless smart lock for easy access.

Lovely peaceful place to stay

A lovely house, super clean and well equipped with all the instructions you could ask for. The pool is fantastic, we spent lots of time in there watching fish jumping out of the water in the canal. The local area is really nice, lots of food options, golf galore and close to the beach. A great stay!

Great Property

We enjoyed staying at this location so much. Everything was well labeled and there wasn't any question as to where to return kitchen utensils or which light switch did what. Definitely would consider staying her again.

Fantastic Florida Retreat with Amazing Views...

Absolute Perfect Location to Visit Different Beaches in the Area... The Pool & Lanai were Perfect for Relaxation and seeing the dolphins swim near the dock was a bonus... We are avid runners and loved the nearby running trails or take off right outside your door to the nice neighborhood... We plan to return again and again... Fantastic All Around

Our stay was great! The home is beautiful, clean, amazing pool, great dock and outdoor area. We would absolutely stay here again. The owners were very easy to communicate with. It’s a 10 minute drive to Palm Coast amenities and about a 20 minute drive to Flagler Beach. Being located on the canal was a bonus.

Great house.

The house is located on the canals in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is very well equipped so you can prepare anything you want, appliances, coffee maker etc, are new and in new condition. Very comfortable beds with lots of storage for your clothes, etc. The heated pool is terrific. Good communication with the owner, she responds very quickly to any questions you may have.

We loved our stay as it provided everything we were looking for. Beautiful clean home in a quiet neighborhood,privacy, fishing in the canal(caught 13 fish,catch and release). Golf at Palm Harbor 5 minutes away($12 twilight rate). Close to hwy A1A and access to Flagler Beach and their great restaurants,Daytona Beach and historic St. Augustine.

Perfect relaxing home with pool on the water

Everything about this was great, from communication, check-in, clean, just as described and labels everywhere so you could understand and answered every question. The ONLY thing I would add is a TV to the master bedroom. Thanks for a great relaxing long weekend.

Palm Coast Perfect

May be the best VRBO I ever booked. Everything you need is available. Super clean, great beds, beautiful relaxing pool area overlooking the bay. Just really could not have asked for anything more. Our host “Joy” was a joy to work with. We just needed some downtime to relax after a tough year and The Sandy Crane was the right prescription. Uber organized and lovely home. We loved our time there.

Great vacation!

The house is extremely clean and organized, all one-level, which is nice for families of all ages. I really appreciated that the linens and towels were included. We loved the three comfy king beds and awesome well-stocked kitchen. The pool is amazing! It was clean and the temperature was perfect. My girls loved the pool. The covered porch and boat dock were the perfect place for a peaceful evening. Short drive to local beaches and St. Augustine. Close to local shopping and restaurants. I would recommend this house to anyone!

Great clean comfortable

Everything was exactly as I’d hoped. We arrived on Thursday and on Friday my 90 year old brother came, we surprised him with our presence and this lovely home. Having rented houses in the past where basic amenities were lacking, it was a pleasant surprise to find this one impeccably clean and fully equipped. The pool was gorgeous, and the level of communication and organization was exceptional. Without a doubt, we would rent this house again in the future. Girls Getaway

What a beautiful home! This home was the perfect spot for a girls getaway! The house was decorated beautifully and it was immaculate. It was equipped with everything we needed for the kitchen and bathrooms. The pool was great! There were pool floats to enjoy. The outdoor furniture was comfortable to sit and enjoy the sunrise or just to relax by the pool. The bedrooms were well appointed and the beds were all very comfortable. When we contacted the owner with a question, we were contacted within two minutes. I’d give this home a 10/10.

Pretty but needs lots of TLC

It needs some attention! Gas oven put off a very strong gas smell, and the freezer was frozen shut, making it impossible to use. The outside gas grill wasn't working either.

Hi Jan, I am sorry our house needed some attention during your stay. I was disappointed that you didn't reach out to me while you were there, so your concerns could have been addressed immediately. I send a welcome email with every reservation and clearly state if you have any questions or concerns to please reach out to me by email, phone or text. (This is also posted in the house). And when I reached out to you to let you know a cleaning supply delivery was being made during your stay, (but that you didn't need to do anything), you didn't mention it then either. If I had known there was a problem with the freezer gasket it would have been repaired while you were there. I am sorry for the inconvenience of the freezer being overly frosted. It was immediately repaired when I was notified a few days after you left. In addition, I also always keep a spare bottle of gas in the garage for the outdoor grill, in case the gas runs out during a stay. And that is posted as well. The kitchen oven is only 2 years old and is a beautiful Kucht oven. If a gas burner cover is knocked off or askew to the burner, and is not seated properly, you will smell gas until it is reseated. This is true for every gas stovetop, and it is a 2-second "fix" that I could have walked you through had you notified me. I made every attempt to make sure the house was spotless, there was a welcome bottle of wine, provided complimentary early check in and provided my number in case you had any questions or concerns. I also provided you a $50 refund for the inconvenience of the over frosted freezer. We have tried to add complimentary items at our house like the outdoor grill and the provided paddle boards, complimentary toiletries, kitchen supplies and early check in, when available. In addition, the inside paint is touched up twice a year so the house will look as nice as possible, but every house will at times need repairs. On your recommendation, even though the grill was only 2 years old, we have also replaced the outdoor grill. I obviously cannot fix every problem instantly that arises during a stay, but I do make every effort to. However, if I am not told there is a problem, then I am not able to address it. Thank you for your stay at our home. We hope you will consider giving us another try.
