Dog friendly - limit 2 dogs, spacious living, dining and fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and granite countertops, Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer, WIFI, Smart TV's, central heat/air, covered parking, and outside shower. No Smoking. Linens included in weekly and less than 7 day stays only. 4 night minimum rates available in Resort and 3 nights in Value seasons. Check-In: 3-5PM, Check-Out: 10:00AM

Great Stay

Enjoyed our week stay here. Top two reasons we stayed here were for the pool and location to the beach which were great. It was just two of us and our dog so the place had plenty of room for us and all we needed. Also, wanted to note that this house has a tv in the living room and each bedroom since when we booked the photos did not show any.

August Trip

Our first time to Oak Island and we were very pleased with the property. There was plenty of room and the pool was wonderful. Walked to the beach every day and would love to return again. Very pet friendly area which helped also. Don't know how we could have asked for more!

Cozy Home Away from Home - Oak Island NC

Great location and mostly comfortable house with a narrow ocean view and short walk to the beach. Close to the main road and only minutes to grocery stores, restaurants, and island shops. Few chains and many unique places to eat and drink. Most houseware items are included with TVS in living room and bedrooms. Living room sized for about six people. Couch is made of outdoor plastic. House could be improved just by a better housekeeping team. Main HVAC filter was filthy as were the windows and siding needs a good power wash. Pool is attended twice a week for about 10 minutes..... which shows. Many black spots on the pool liner. Outdoor furniture covered in spider webs. Many happy memories and would return "if" the house and the pool were cleaner.

The house was perfect! We had a little air conditioner problem but it was resolved within a few hour

Perfect house, clean, comfy, loved the porch and the pool. Not far at all to walk to the beach!!
