The 1100 sq.ft. above ground basement walk out suite is located in old Glenmore, a 5 min drive to downtown

Perfect for couples, business, or family vacation.

Close to many restaurants, north end craft breweries, wineries, beaches, and golf courses.

Knox Mountain with beautiful hiking and biking trails only minutes away.

Big White for epic skiing and their famous champagne powder is 50 minutes drive away.

Private hot tub right outside your door and access to a private sauna directly inside your suite

The suite is located in old Glenmore, a 5 min drive to downtown.

46" TV in the living room with Telus cable service and Netflix available (must have own account). No TV in the master bedroom.

Parking for 1 vehicle is available on property.
There is a supply of games and a selection of books to keep occupied with as well as badminton, and spike ball in the summer months.

The suite backs onto a large private garden with many plants and trees therefor you may see some insects, as well as some wildlife including deer and raccoons, and our cat Rachel :)

One camera is in the carport directed towards the driveway.
One on the front of the house aimed towards the driveway.
One camera is in the tree house aimed at the back yard.
Cameras are activated by motion ,record video and audio. Recording deleted within 24 hrs of checkout.

Would love to stay again. Perfect location, near all the fun places, but in a quiet neighbourhood. Sitting in the sun on the patio, or watching the stars from the hottub, this is a great place to stay. The host was responsive and checked to make sure everything was perfect!

This suite is a bright and well lit spacious basement conversion, with a large bedroom and really nice views of a big backyard. We really enjoyed both the hot tub and the sauna, as well as the very helpful host, who even left us some fresh milk in the fridge and coffee to make our mornings smoother.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Rob was an exceptional host. The suite was private and comfortable but Rob was around if needed. Thankfully he greeted us when we arrived as I was having internet connection issues and didn't have the code for the door. We were greeted with fresh flowers from the garden and a bowl of delicious fresh fruit. We would definitely stay here again.

This property is centrally located in Kelowna, in a lovely neighbourhood with great access to many amenities. It's well appointed with great extras like a sauna and hot tub. I was especially grateful that my host Rob provided so many basics in the kitchen, like spices, tea and coffee, sugar, bbq sauce, etc., which was truly helpful for my short stay. Expectations for my rental were very clear and Rob was an excellent communicator when it came to informing me or answering questions. I had a delightful stay and it was good value for the money.
