North of the noise and saturated color of the Quarter is a New Orleans neighborhood that’s perfected the art of living. “Welcome to Mid-City,” read the signs on the neutral ground. And that’s truth in advertising. It’s the kind of place where your auto mechanic invites you to a crawfish boil and a total stranger may buy you a drink at an Irish pub or a cannoli at an Italian bakery. Take the red streetcar line up Canal to the Cemeteries (Mid-City’s dead neighbors are as interesting as the live ones) or bike the new 2.6-mile-long Lafitte Greenway that stretches from Basin Street to Carrollton Avenue and, conveniently, past a po’ boy shop or two – or 17 – with a sno-ball shop and a micro-brewery thrown in for good measure. Buttermilk biscuits. Live music. A bowl of Vietnamese pho. Who wouldn’t want to visit? Eat. Drink. Get up here.

Sleeping arrangements
Five bedrooms provide plush beds and fresh linens, ensuring restful nights for up to ten guests. The layout is ideal for large groups, with three and a half bathrooms featuring luxe finishes and stocked essentials for your comfort.

Kitchen & dining
The chef’s kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a Frigidaire gas stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, drip coffee maker, toaster, and all the cooking basics you need. Enjoy meals together at the dining table or sip coffee while taking in the city views from your private balcony.

Living & entertainment
Relax in the living area with a 32-inch HDTV offering Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, HBO Max, Hulu, Netflix, and Roku. Fast internet and a dedicated workspace make it easy to stay connected. Board games and life-size games add fun for all ages, and families will appreciate the pack ’n play and high chair available upon request.

Outdoor living
Step outside to a fully fenced backyard with a covered patio and outdoor furniture—perfect for lounging or enjoying the fresh air. Free off-street parking and a private entrance add to your convenience.
