Beautiful property

Very nice, well decorated property. We loved that the bedrooms were downstairs. Great location for us because we love going to Santini Plaza and this is just a short walk away. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Stay

We absolutely loved our stay. Condo spotless, updated, and very comfortable. We normally stay more towards the north end of the island so the traffic going to and from was a big shocker. But the beauty of the Santa Maria and this condo was well worth it.

Great condo. Great location.

Met all of our needs. Convenient to beach. Enjoyed the Farmer's Market close by on Tuesday and Thursday. Got stuck in elevator and Fire Dept. had to be called. Elevator out for one day. Other than that, really enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable stay

Very clean, modern, close to beach access, close to gas station, close to grocery store, close to little strip mall with excellent restaurants. The following is compared to other rentals we have had: provided with only 2 trash bags for the very small kitchen garage can, did not have the usual drawer we are used to full of local restaurant menus, site seeing brochures, local maps, etc, only one extra roll of toilet paper per bathroom, no extra paper towels.

Lovely condo —- too much noise!

We loved the condo which has been very recently redone. Four of us adults were very comfortable in the unit. The location near Santini Plaza and CVS was handy. However the location next to a Marina was very noisy . Also there seemed to be a lot of construction going on nearby. All in all though a beautiful condo.

February get away

The condo is stunning! The only drawback that we found was the noise from the neighboring marina and the noise from the roadwork that was being done in front of the building. We've stayed in several condo's and houses in the Fort Myers Beach area and the pool and the hot tub are better than any place that we've stayed. Information about the access to the beach was not in the condo but we asked other residents and got the correct information. Having Santini Plaza within walking distance is a great plus, shopping and dining choices so close! Overall, I would recommend this condo to others, great value.
