Stay and Play at one of the most sought-after locations in the Cable Area, Lake Owen. Enjoy the beach, dock, and crystal clear waters just a few steps away from your unit.

This townhouse condo offers a full kitchen, open living room dining room concept with a wood-burning fireplace. A screen porch to sit out on and take in the lakeside surroundings and have a meal or 3! The unit comes with an attached garage, washer and dryer, roomy king ensuite with balcony plus 2 more nice-sized bedrooms with twin beds on the upper level.

A dock slip is available if you are bringing your boat. The trailers will need to be parked off sight about a mile from the condos. There is no Boat Trailer parking at the Condos.

Virginia Beach Condos are just minutes from the town of Cable which features many miles of area trails for biking and hiking. Short-day trips include the Duluth Canal Park area, Hayward, the Apostle Islands, and Bayfield. There are also some beautiful waterfalls to check out such as Cooper Falls and Morgan Falls.

So whether you're looking for a getaway for summertime fun or to take in the fall foliage, Virginia Beach #6 is a great place to be!
