A great, clean cabin. We appreciated the extras provided. The kids really did enjoy fishing from the pier. The quiet bay was perfect for the kayaks & SUPs.
We had a great stay and loved the cabin. The only thing that would have made it better was air conditioning but nights stayed cool with breeze off the lake. We would definitely rent again!

Well maintained property and owners take kindly and encourage to letting them know if anything needs attention. Very fitting for our family. Look forward to renting next year.
This was a beautiful winter location. We especially enjoyed the gas fireplace and sun streaming in the windows. Everything we needed was provided. The WiFi worked well and the hot water was plentiful. Thank you!

Thank you for your review! We hope you can make it back again in the future. :)
The cabin was very clean and a wonderful getaway for our family of four. Plenty of room in the cabin with a nice main living space. Kitchen was well setup with plenty of dishes and cooking items to be comfortable with meals at the cabin. The bay was quiet and peaceful, great for kayaking or paddle boarding. Would definitely stay again!
Great place on the lake, we stayed for the Snow Outlaws race, able to ride right off the property
We stayed the weekend of the Snow Outlaws Race, this property offered a quick ride on sleds or side by sides on the road from the property across the lake to lLake Wood where the event was held as well to many of the resort’s around the area
Nice clean place very close to the water's edge. Kids were able to catch a variety of fish right from the dock. We will be coming back for a winter and summer trip in the near future.
Everything about vacationing at this property is an A+. The cabin is clean with plenty of room for our whole group. Its location on the lake is perfect in the quiet bay and the lake is great for water sports and fishing. The owners are very responsive and easy to work with. We hope to be back next year

Amazing stay at Lake Namekagon
Jason & Colette’s lakeside home was amazing, just as pictured. Lake Namekagon was wonderful, tons of fish! A perfect weekend away with the boys. Couldn't ask for more - will be coming back in years to come, likely bringing the family!

This cabin was perfect for our group. It had just the right amount of space, was comfortable, had many amenities, and the view of the lake was spectacular. The property owners shared lots of helpful information before our trip and answered the few questions we had quickly. We hope to stay again!

About the host
Hosted by Jason & Colette
Jason first fell in love with this home when he rented it from the previous owners! He had spent years visiting the Cable area for the Birkebeiner, Fat Tire, and to enjoy all the amazing outdoor recreation. He particularly loved Lake Namakegon - one of the most pristine and beautiful lakes Northwestern Wisconsin has to offer - and the privacy of this property.
We enjoy the privacy of our cabin, and love coming here year-round. The cabin has been recently renovated, with updated amenities and everything you could possibly need. The style is modern rustic, with beautiful countertops and fireplace, vaulted ceiling, updated wood interior, and plenty of Northwoods style decorations.
Sitting in one of the calmest areas on the lake, Mumm's Bay is known for fantastic fishing. The cabin is 25' from the water, so you're constantly reminded of nature's beauty, whether cooking, dining or relaxing. A great family stay for sure!
We are so excited to welcome you to our slice of heaven!
