Living spaces
Large windows bring in views of the surrounding valley, creating a peaceful backdrop for time spent together. Plush seating gathers around a cast stone gas fireplace, and central air conditioning and radiant heating help maintain comfort throughout the home. A TV, wifi, and a private entrance add everyday convenience.
Kitchen and dining
The kitchen offers the room and functionality you need for cooking at home, complete with a breakfast bar and adjoining dining area. A patio off the main level lets you pause for fresh winter air, while the connected parking garage provides parking on premises. With essentials for longer stays, you can enjoy meals at your own pace.
Sleeping arrangements
On the upper level, the primary bedroom features a king bed, a TV, an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, a frameless glass shower, a deep soaker tub, and direct access to the rooftop patio. The lower level includes a second bedroom with a king bed, a dedicated workspace, and an ensuite bathroom. Two additional bedrooms complete this floor - one with a king split bed and one with a custom bunk configuration of two twin beds over a queen - served by a separate bathroom with a bathtub and overhead shower.
Outdoor living
The covered lower-level deck offers a private hot tub available all year and open 24 hours, giving you a warm retreat in every season. The rooftop patio expands your outdoor space with elevated views of the mountains and valley, creating a quiet place to take in the winter landscape. Outdoor furniture and a patio or balcony provide additional spots to step into the cool air before heading inside.
