Awesome Amenities!

We had such a great time and really enjoyed the amenities the property had to offer like the pool, hot tub, outdoor dining area and grill/bar. The kitchen was well stocked, as well as the garage with useful stuff for boating/beach. Would definitely stay again! Thank you for having us!

We love to stay at this beautiful place

The house is large with wide open spaces. The master bathroom is so big you could have a meeting there. All the appliances are modern. The dishwasher and clothes washer and dryer are new. We enjoy the heated pool and the hot tub. Every night we sit in the hot tub to relax before bed. The landlord is very nice. He is concerned about making everything right. This place is our favorite place to stay

Great Location, Beautiful House....

This house is amazing. This was our first time renting a house property and will definatley do it again. This house will impress the pickiest of guest. Everything, in this house is upgraded. The only thing that I had a tough time with, was the beds. The matresses definatley need replacement. Too soft and saggy. The master bedroom should have a king bed. The pool area in this house was beautiful, my two children thought it was the bomb. Great entertainment to keep the whole family going The house is located right off the main thorough fare making it easy to access Sanibel Island or Fort Myers. We tried a few of the Cape Coral restaurants and were quite impressed with Siam Hut. We are already looking forward to planning our next trip to this beautiful destinations.

Good but not Great

The access and communication to the host and this property were very good as we had no problems getting into the home and communicating any questions or concerns to the Host. The location in Cape Coral was ideal for our purposes and accessible to a lot of stuff just by walking. The pool, hot tub, back pool patio were as advertised and we very much enjoyed spending time in that area. The hot tub was somewhat of a mystery as it emptied after 6pm (not really sure why and I believe it was on a noon-6pm timer). We paid extra to have the Tri-toon boat which was nice to have as well. The inside rooms, walls, flooring was somewhat worn and in some areas the tiles were broken. The house could have been a bit more clean and freshened up. The bedding was also needing to be updated and some of the furniture as well. Light switches everywhere that you really need to know which switch turns on which inside or outside light as they are not really in expected location - not that big of a deal. Our Biggest Concern was that we had the sewer line back up into the house on our last night and the Host had a hard time getting a plumber there until the next day (we left early as we had no bathroom or water usage). I understand the Hosts position, however, VRBO was of NO HELP! Very disappointed in them. We've rented vacation homes in the past so are expectations are real as this wasn't our first house rental rodeo.

It was a lovely property. We were there for a long weekend. We didn't do any cooking, but there was everything you would need, including lots of spices in the cupboard. There were coolers, bait buckets, fishing poles, beach chairs, and life jackets in the garage. The outdoor area was wonderful, as well as the pontoon. John was incredibly responsive and easy to work with.

Perfect Family Vacation

We had an amazing stay! The pool, hot tub and lanai were perfect. Our kids chose not to leave the house some days. Had pool towels, accessories, games, bikes, fishing polesetc. and we kept busy. We rented the tritoon 4 days and it was great being able to get out on the water. Sanibel beach was beautiful and had beach chairs and cooler to pack snacks which was a must with the kids. We would absolutely stay at this property again. John was very responsive with all communication before and during our stay.

Cape Coral

My husband, my parents and my 4 kids stayed a week at the house. The pool was amazing. The dock was fabulous for fishing. We had a great week soaking up the sun. If youre looking for a family friendly space and a great outdoor setting this house is for you.

Glad we booked it!

John was so easy to work with and his place was exactly as described. We had such a great time taking the kayaks on the canal, swimming in the pool and relaxing in the hot tub. We appreciated the “extras” like a pack and play, little high chair and a few toys/books as it saved us from having to pack those for our granddaughter. Definitely recommend this place and would stay again if we visit Cape Coral in the future. Thanks for the use of your place!

Nice house, comfortable accommodations for up to 8 people including infants. Beautiful pool and outside area to relax. Located on a canal connecting to larger waterways. Option to rent beautiful tritoon to explore by water. John is very easy to communicate with.

Quick stay to end our cruise

The house was great and John was quick to respond. The one bathroom had a window with a spray tint that was peeling off. John responded quickly, but in the end we just put towels up. This did mean, however, that we were short bath towels, but since it was a short stay, it wasn't that big a deal. The house was nicely furnished with everything you'll need, including a boat (for rent)! The kids didn't leave the pool very much and that was the primary reason we picked this house. We would definitely stay again.
