Beautiful condo - we stayed for two weeks and loved it so much that we will be returning next year for 3 weeks. The owners have thought of everything - every little detail was perfect. Super comfy beds and beautifully decorated. 10/10 would highly recommend!

Great stay

Loved our two week stay in this beautifully upgraded condo. It’s a very quiet neighborhood and the neighbors were lovely. The folks at Evolve and the homeowner were incredibly responsive and helpful when we experienced a few hiccups with check in and one small maintenance issue. This home has everything down to the smallest detail. Beds were SO comfortable. We liked it so much we have booked it again for next year for a month! I would highly recommend it!

Lovely Property

Overall, we loved our stay at this property. Contemporary furnishings with newer appliances. Well-equipped kitchen, nice linens, comfortable beds and a great screened-in lanai which overlooked a pond. We were visited by ducks, a turtle, and an iguana and could see the moon and stars at night. Peaceful setting and also close to supermarket and stores. Only a few minutes to downtown Naples. The only drawback was the local contact for the property manager, Evolve. He was difficult to reach when we had a problem with our drain and I needed to contact Evolve to try to get it resolved.

We stayed from 15 - 30 Jan 2023. My Mother-in-law and I were staying here because her place in Naples was flooded in Hurricane Ian and we needed to get down and deal with restoration. It was a bit of a homecoming for my Mother-in-law who owned a condo in the NBT community from 1983 - 1992. Great Condo, well appointed, clean and comfortable. Thank you very much.

We had a wonderful vacation. The condo is tastefully decorated. We loved the location. The only downfall was no pool. However, beaches are very close. The host was spectacular to deal with. We will stay again.

Loved this condo!

Excellent location - best beaches, shopping & restaurants all within 20 minutes or less. Numerous boating tours available nearby. Condo porch has a great view overlooking a pond, in a quiet neighborhood - very relaxing. And all rooms in the condo are very roomy and well furnished, with good storage/closets. Highly recommend this place!
