This 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom home boasts a large, fully fenced backyard and 2 lounge areas. Ideal for groups and families. Initial bookings are for 3 bedrooms (7 guests) and one lounge area.

Amazing location. The view is beautiful and just a short stroll to the beach and local cafe. Our dog (Jack Russell) loved the yard and watching the local rabbits wallabies that literally came to the front gate. Although he was on lead at all times for the wild lifes sake. We were really happy he was allowed indoors as well. Kitchen was good with considered amenities and extras of nearly everything so no concerns of running out. Bbq made meals easy and the oven on the day it was a bit rainy.Our hosts were helpful and easy to communicate with. Great place to stay and we definitely intend to be back.

A great summer break.

We LOVED the location of this property and the size, lay out and amenities provided suited our family of 5 (plus fur baby) perfectly. The sea views, short walk to shop and beach, great balcony, wifi, big tv, well fitted out kitchen all contributed to a fabulous stay. Thanks for sharing your property - we had a great stay.

Good enough location but not suitable for a big family

The property is a tired beach house with enough bedroom accommodation for 6 adults and 5 children (5-16 yrs) However the kitchen is tiny, with very limited cooking facilities of 1990. Preparing & cooking a meal for busy youngsters was near impossible. Thankfully there is a functioning barbecue. The family spaces are small and difficult when the weather turned cold and rainy. Overall, adequate accommodation in good weather, but did not live up to the hype of the advertised facilities.

Hi Sophie, thank you for your review. We take great care in providing accurate detail about our beach house including photos we have taken ourselves and the property floor plan. We have had many dinners and weekends with more than 11 guests comfortably accommodated with the extendable dining table and, weather permitting, the outdoor dining table, so are surprised that it could not fit your family or could prepare meals in our kitchen. Our home is a beach house as are most homes in Smiths Beach, and is intended for short stays only not long term rentals and as such, our focus has always been on the easy proximity to Smiths Beach and YCW Beach and comfortable furnishings to provide a relaxing family getaway. We provide all the amenities listed including free wifi, appliances, kitchenware and even board games to help our guests enjoy their stay. We have found that having the Smart TV upstairs and the DVD collection downstairs, allows larger groups to spread out and enjoy themselves during inclement weather. We hope you enjoy the rest of your summer.
