Oceanfront Home with Direct Beach Access & Stunning Views in Emerald Isle

Cassimir East is an exquisite oceanfront duplex with panoramic views located in Emerald Isle, the southern Outer Banks, in North Carolina.

Ample sleeping space with four bedrooms, a sofa sleeper bed, and three full baths. Enter on the main floor to an open floor plan featuring the kitchen, living room, dining area, in addition to the private converted den with a queen bed, as well as a full bath featuring a shower/tub combo.

Upstairs you will find three bedrooms and two full baths. The master features a king bed, private balcony and a master bath including a jacuzzi tub and shower. The full hall bath includes a shower. A california king is in the second guest bedroom, with the third bedroom including a double (full) and a twin bed and a queen air mattress is available as well as an additional private balcony.

Downstairs (street level) is the converted garage with a couch, dining areas, TV, games, and more - a perfect hangout for the teens and tweens.

With ocean views from nearly every room, the location is unbeatable. Both sunrises and sunsets over the water can be enjoyed from the deck or private balcony off of the master.

It’s also very common to see dolphins cruising the shoreline. Baby sea turtles hatching and even whales have been spotted directly in front of our home as well.

Our vacation home is perfect for any type of get-away.

Experience the ultimate family vacation for all ages. Aside from the private walkway to the beach, Cassimir East is fully equipped with beach toys, a private neighborhood pool and play structure for young ones (just a 2 minute walk away), and sleeping areas ranging from a twin to a king-size bed. Our home is located in the exclusive Spinnaker's Reach neighborhood, safely away from any busy road.

Enjoy the finished garage equipped with a couch, TV, dining area, puzzles, games and more! This area even includes a full-size refrigerator for additional food and beverage storage, great for grilling out.

Want a romantic escape? Cassimir East is ideal for couples who want to enjoy the Jacuzzi tub in the master suite, private balconies, and the availability to rent throughout the year.

Our Beach House was wonderful. Emerald Island was a beautiful destination. The weather could not have been more spectacular. The mini golf, the souvenir shopping, and the restaurants were all easily accessible. My family thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the deck in the evenings and having fun just talking. It was a great vacation!

House was a great location- with just a few hundred feet to the sand. We loved that we could check in early. The AC went out in the garage area and Jane had it fixed as soon as she could. The weather was great and made memories to last a lifetime.

Cassimir East is the best

This is our second year staying at Cassimir East, and my family absolutely loves it. We have been vacationing in Emerald Isle for seven years and have always stayed in homes off of Coast Guard Road. Cassimir East is by far our favorite. From its proximity to the Pointe to the "dunes" deer that greeted us each morning and evening make this home an absolute gem. Thank you for sharing it !!

Cassimer East was a great place for our group (3 families of 4). You can't beat the location...direct beach access, 2 driveways down from the pool, and 1 mile from main Emerald Isle strip. The house was clean and had all amenities needed to make our stay comfortable. Highly recommend!

Perfect location and view

Absolutely loved everything about this property. The view is spectacular! We were blessed to be there during a full moon, and the reflection off of the water was breathtaking. Its location was perfect for our family. The kitchen is well stocked - it had everything we needed to cook for a group of 10. We will most definitely stay again.

Amazing hosts!

Our family vacation at Cassimir East was fantastic. It's obvious the hosts take great pride in their homeand care about the renter's experience. The location could not be better...right on the beach, a quick walk to the neighborhood pool, and a short drive to restaurants, ice cream, water park, etc. Our family had such a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back!

Perfect house for a family vacation

This was a great property for a family of all ages. The view of the beach can be seen from any angle of the family/dining room. The pool and playground area are just short walk and the surrounding neighborhood was pleasant. The owner was responsive with all questions and helpful. Highly recommend this house.

Cassimir East is owned by a mother-daughter pair looking to share their love of Emerald Isle and have a little fun on the side!

Born & Bred in North Carolina. I have always enjoyed the beach. My two children and I spent a lot of time in Emerald Isle, when they were small. It is so peaceful there - every single mom needs a quiet retreat to charge her batteries or regain her sanity. I have recently returned to the area and really enjoy my new home. My favorite thing about Cassimir East, which is rather unique, is that the unit faces due south. You can enjoy a steaming cup of coffee on your private balcony while watching the sunrise or the dolphins play in the surf, and you can enjoy a nice glass of wine from the deck over looking the waves while enjoying the sunset. There's a lot to discover on the Crystal Coast, but I always look forward to the slow pace, great food, and southern hospitality at its finest.'

Why they chose this property

Emerald Isle is in a convenient location, just a short drive from Raleigh, NC and easy to get to. There is a good balance of local culture and commercial development. You can't beat the slow pace and friendly atmosphere of the Crystal Coast.

I wanted to buy property in Spinnakers Reach because of it’s great reputation, always being well-maintained, colorful homes, relaxed atmosphere and just everyday happy vacationers. Emerald Isle is a nice, quiet, resort town and just a great place to be… I love watching the dolphins from the master suite every month of the year… Come experience the magic!

What makes this property unique

Cassimir East is fortunate to not only be oceanfront, but also have exclusive private beach access. My absolute favorite part is the private balcony from the master bedroom. Nothing beats leaving the door open and letting the natural sounds of the waves put you to sleep.

We have seen dolphins every month of the year. It just does not get any better than waking up in the morning and gleefully seeing the dolphins, or even sometimes a pod of whales, from the master balcony.

Walking the beach is a favorite! Almost 6 miles round-trip to the fishing pier…it is so enjoyable to walk to the pier, sit on the pier and read a book and/or watch the fisherman. Walking to the right is about a mile down and a mile back to the Point.
