This beachfront duplex has everything to make this the best vacation ever! Recognized by VRBO as a premier host property, Linda's Lanai features a shared pool and hot tub, extended driveway for multiple cars or a boat, covered parking and washer and dryer. Linda's Lanai East has 3 floors with 5 bedrooms, three of which have breathtaking oceanfront views with their own private patio. The space sleeps 13 and has a large common area with a full kitchen, living room and dining area. The living room couch pulls out to a queen size bed. A private deck leads around the pool area directly to the uncrowded beach for easy access and your own personal spot in paradise! When heading back from the beach, the private walkway features a rinse station for yourself and beach items. For further rinsing off, private outdoor showers are located on the ground floor. An outdoor gas grill is available for cooking the day's catch and enjoy dinner on the back patio pollywood dining table with chairs overlooking the beautiful ocean waves. Have a large family? Look into renting both sides of Linda's Lanai allowing for 10 bedrooms, sleeping 28 with 8 bathrooms. Connecting doors can allow guests easy access to both sides making this a fantastic site for your yearly family reunion! Lovely holiday at the beach

We enjoyed our stay at Linda's Lanei. Views from the bedrooms were terrific with excellent sunrise and sunset views. Kitchen is well stocked. Owners were very responsive with timely responses which were highly appreciated.

Linda's Lanai - Ocean Drive

Like that location is beachfront. Problem was oven was dirty, we would not use it. Outdoor grill was dirty and we would not use that either. Kids enjoyed pool and hot tub.

Everything was nice. A few issues, the ice maker didn't work, the TVs in the bedrooms were not working, which was disappointing. I received a phone call on Friday, asking us to move our cars, which were parked on our side, I tried to return the call to voice mail but the mail box was full

Closest to the beach we've ever been!

Beautiful house right on the beach - the pool and hot tub were great, but the views of the ocean and the short walk down the steps to the beach were the best part. Property managers were great, answering all my questions in a timely manner. We underpacked towels and overpacked everything else! (It would be nice to have a couple of extra shower towels for the guests). There are a TON of beach and pool toys in a storage box by the pool, so we definitely overpacked on those. Very nicely built house layout - each of our family members wake up at different times in the morning and we each found that the house was very sound-proof compared to other rentals we've stayed in. Would definitely consider returning!

Beach house

This house was perfect for our family. Hosts were very responsive and description is accurate. Could of had some additional tall chairs on the porch to be able to see the ocean. Pool was great!

Melissa and Jody made Carteret County their home after living in Central and Western North Carolina. They have truly immersed themselves in the Salt Life! Jody, a native Marylander and avid home chef, has become very knowledgeable of local seafood and collects his own blue crabs, shrimp and clams. Summer weekends are often spent kayaking in the Sound, enjoying Salt Life with friends on the sand bar or fishing for whatever is in season. In the fall, Jeep rides on the beach followed by a low country boil are a great way to spend the evening!

What separates this beach rental from many of the others, is this property provides all of the amenities to make this the best beach vacation ever! Linda's Lanai is recognized by VRBO as a 5 star premier host rental,.Three of the five bedrooms have sliding glass doors with spectacular, unobstructed beach and ocean views. The fully stocked kitchen has all of the cookware and dinnerware you could possibly need. The private heated pool and hot tub are only accessible to Linda's Lanai East and West guests and sits down inside a private deck walkway for privacy. Boogie boards and beach toys are available to guests. The wooden deck extends around the pool straight to the beach for easy access. There are two stations on the deck to the beach, one has a bench to sit down and organize and the other has a shower station. There are additional out door showers on the ground floor between the house and the pool and that is also where the gas grill is located. There is covered parking for two vehicles and an extended driveway allows for additional parking or boat parking. The ground floor contains a laundry room with washer and dryer.
