Homey Studio Loft near The Village! Private Washer/Dryer. Hot Tub On-site

This is a cozy, mountain cabin that has been completely remodeled, and in a convenient location, with a short walk to the Village and Village Gondola! It is a studio plus loft with 2 full bathrooms, that sleeps 4. It has a full kitchen with all new appliances, microwave and compact dishwasher, plus dining area for 4. The living room offers a comfortable seating area around the gas fireplace, flatscreen TV, WiFi, and DVD player. There is a double fold-out couch and queen size Murphy bed with foam mattress in the living area, with a full bathroom located on this level. The loft has custom log bunk beds where the bottom is a queen size bed and the top is a full size bed, also with flatscreen TV and DVD player. The second full bathroom is on the loft level, a private en-suite. There is an outside ski locker for use to store your gear and a private washer/dryer. The condo has excellent proximity to the Village and is just a 6 minute walk to the Village Gondola, a stones throw away from the lakes basin bike/walking path and trolley stop, and even has a secret cut through to Mammoth Brewing Company! If you would like a free ride on the shuttle, there is a Canyon Lodge shuttle stop right at the entrance to the development. Enjoy the community amenities at the Mammoth View Villas Clubhouse with sauna located across the drive, and a recreation lounge with ping pong table. There is access to a community BBQ in the Summer. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This condo sleeps a maximum of 6 people, and no smoking or pets are permitted. This is an upper level upstairs unit, there are 17 steps to this unit and there are 2 levels inside. The condo comes with 2 outdoor parking spaces. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Convenient location; comfortable stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The best thing about this place was the location. The bus stop to the blue line was very close to our driveway and quickly got us to the Canyon Lodge every morning. In the evening it's a quick walk to the Village for dinner and meeting up with friends. The lodging also had everything we needed for cooking in and having people over. The only fault we can find with this place was the fireplace. It was non-functioning when we arrived. Maintenance took care of it quickly but it only worked for one evening after it was fixed. Besides that, our stay here was perfect!

We were hoping to have 4 separate beds, but there is only the bunk bed and a murphy bed. No pull out couch. Having a dishwasher was awesome and the upstairs bathroom is very nice.

Bad Odour from carpet

Honestly we were disappointed as soon as we checked in due to the strong odor from carpet which was probably wet because of some earlier guests in this place.This should have been taken care and we had to bear if every single time thorughout our stay.The entire kitchen has no cooking pan, or enough cookware . When you market the condo as a space for 6 people, have enough things to accomodate a large familyWe only saw 1 tea pan. Thats it. we had to rush to nearest vons to buy ready to eat items.

This place is perfect for 2 guys or 2 couples as it sleeps like a 2 bedroom with the separate loft bed upstairs, Murphy bed in the living room and full baths on both levels. Had everything we needed for a 2 night stay but would have no problem staying here a week. And you can’t beat the price. Would definitely book again.

Very budget only minded property

This property was close to a shuttle stop for Canyon Lodge so I give it stars for location. However, I did not get my check in instructions until minutes before check in time of 5:00 which is already a very late check in availability. Additionally, we had dust and moldy old dirty carpet that made us all sneeze and feel awful. This unit has the right "bones" but needs updating and new carpet. Don't book until this is done, you won't want to let your kids play on this carpet. We didn't reach out to change as this is a highly booked location and we wore shoes and I cleaned the best I could to make it less bothering to us. I wish the reviewers before we booked had given this information. Good luck! Right price but not worth it.

In regards to the check-in documents I see from our system those were sent to you on the day you confirmed the reservation, 8 days prior to your arrival, and then sent again on the day of your arrival as a courtesy. Sorry you missed the first copy, but they were definitely sent over. Thanks again, and we will make sure those carpets are addressed!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: listing said 'sleeps 6' but a murphy bed and two sketchy bunks do not sleep 6. Also, it is very inconvenient to have to drive into town to get keys and code and again to drop off, since the doors have key codes, the amenity keys should be in the unit and we should just be given the code to enter. On checkout, keys can be left in the unit and door code again to lock up.
