- Access to Beach Fit, the onsite state-of-the-art fitness center, is also included with the rental

- Complimentary shuttle service to all onsite amenities, including between the towers/pool complex and houses, is provided to all guests

Reservations/units will receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. You can go to every activity every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price.

For example, your group may choose to go to Broadway Grand Prix in the morning (one person is free) and then attend the Pirate's Voyage Dinner & Show at night (one person is free). You may do some or all of the activities every day, and one person in your group always gets in free.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation. Please note this offer is valid for stays that are 27 days or less, and some activities are seasonal.

Girls getaway

A beautiful place to stay for girls getaway. We thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay. Beautiful resort with many great amenities and close proximity to stores, shopping and dining. The unit we stayed in was very spacious, beautifully decorated and furnished with many amenities. The unit could use some minor touch up with with painting on several walls (especially around AC vent in master bedroom) along with cleanliness could have been improved in the kitchen and bathroom areas. Overall a beautiful property and definitely plan to return return.

Amazing

We had a wonderful time at this resort. The unit was clean and tidy. We did have to wash our bath towels and empty our trash since the unit is not managed by the resort but it was easy. The in unit washer and dryer worked great and the trash chute was easily accessible. I highly recommend this unit. The views were amazing.

Our family really enjoyed this condo and resort!

There were a few minor maintenance issues that could be addressed. Check-out was easier with the resort office since we just left keys and everything in the room and departed rather than having to drive off the resort to drop everything at an office. However we were allowed to check in early which was very nice!

We have to say we’re quite confused by the “weird appliance setup” feedback as all of the three bedroom condos at the resort are set up this way and no one else has ever mentioned an issue about that. In addition, the pictures posted reflect the exact configuration. Regarding the furniture, we can assure you it’s not from a “garage sale.” This condo is extremely popular, and as one can reasonably expect, the living room furniture especially experiences wear and tear. Having said that, we already have new furniture ordered.

Love NorthBeach Resort

This condo was nice but needs some TLC and more detail to housekeeping. There was no drain plug in the kitchen sink so you couldn’t wash dishes; the kitchen needed some attention to cleaning as there was grease residue; the sofa was kind of old and worn down; and the sheets didn’t fit the bed as the fitted sheet kept coming off. Other than those small issues it was a great condo just; as pictured.

Great until the end of the stay

When we got there, the room was nice and clean and we had no problem with the cleanliness or the location. At the very end of the stay as we were checking out, my son noticed he had left his AirPods in the room. After contacting the property manager, his response was “if they were that important to you, you shouldn’t have left them.” He yelled at me over text when I was trying to see if we could go back onto the property since we were still in the area, however, he refused to help us. My son called him and asked to speak to the property owner since it was such a hassle dealing with him. He told my son that “he knew everything and whatever it was he wanted, he was the one to talk to.” The property manager then spoke with my daughter in law once we got back from our vacation and was extremely belligerent with her although she was just trying to figure out if he had sent anyone to the property to look for the AirPods. He finally told us that “he sent 3 people on different occasions to look but none of them have found them”. We told him that we would be contacting the police to let them know they were left there and if someone picked them up they would be considered stolen and his response was “do what you have to do We had a great stay, but this property manager ruined the whole check out experience and we will probably not stay there again due to this. We hate giving reviews like this but I believe the property owner should know how the property manager is treating people.

Thank you for your feedback, however there seems to be major facts missing from your review. As you know and are already aware, you reported via text at 10:59am that you believed your group left AirPods behind. We responded at 11:02am letting you know that once the cleaners arrived that we would have them search for them. At 11:03am you wanted an expected time that we would respond. We let you know we were unable to provide a time. You then proceeded to call immediately even though we just had this conversation moments ago. The person you spoke with was extremely patient and let you know that the person you were already texting with would be the person who could help you so to please be patient. Shockingly, that wasn’t acceptable to you so you proceeded to text again and tell us that we were rude and you would be leaving a 1 star review. This was unbelievable considering that we were anything but rude and that you were requesting a favor from us as items that are left behind are understandably not our responsibility. Regardless of your aggressive behavior and messages, we still took time out of our schedule and sent two different employees to essentially tear apart the condo after the cleaners were unable to locate them. So three different searches were done and the AirPods were never found. We relayed this to you and instead of thanking us for trying so hard and holding your family member responsible for leaving their items behind, you then threatened us and our team with the police which was completely slanderous and so off base. We are a Premier Partner with Vrbo for a reason and have thousands of happy customers every year. So we can assure you that we didn’t achieve either of those things by stealing from our guests.

Awesome but needs some attention

The location was fantastic, check in easy & even got text earlier than expected that room was ready. The only problems were some doors in room would not close completely & no locks on doors. Balcony door in living room was broke & would not open. It was fixed but 4 days into our stay. So in order to get on balcony had to go through master bedroom. Our biggest complaint was the room didn’t seem as clean as we like. The furniture had not been dusted in quite a while. Overal very nice rom, but needs some cleaning.

Out dated and needs maintenance

We have stayed at North Beach Plantation for 15+ years. We usually go through NBP, but this year, we went through VRBO. The check in process was OUTSTANDING! Itrip was a great company to work with. We were able to check in early (which we were NEVER able to check in early with NBP property) and communication was On-Point (text messages and service requests were responded to immediately). The unit wasn't great. The online pics show a different story. The unit was outdated, the couch sagged in the middle, the kitchen utensils didn't have handles on them, the master bedroom door wouldn't close shut, the third bedroom shower had a shower head that was cheap and where water would only shoot out of 3 of the holes, and the kitchen stove top had a missing stove rack, subbing in a third party griddle that didn't fit the stove. The view of this unit was awesome and the beds were comfy. I understand the owners not wanting to put in nice stuff since it's a rental, but we expected "average" conditions for the price we paid. I would definitely stay at this property again, just not in this unit again.

My family and I just completed a week vacation at North Beach Resort. The Resort is wonderful and we had a great time. I would like to compliment iTrip Vacations for the ease of reservation, check-in and response to any text that I sent. The personnel was always friendly and gracious at all times. I realized that I left a bag after I got home. I texted and they got right on finding out if it had been found. It was and they are returning it to me. I truly appreciated their prompt response at a very busy time. I will be recommending iTrip Vacations to friends and family and will be using them for any future trips to Myrtle Beach.

Gorgeous space, very clean, in the best tower!

This condo is perfect in every way! Beautifully decorated, fantastic view all the way down to the inlet, comfy beds, and the tower is directly adjacent to the parking garage! This might not seem like much, but trust me!! It’s a much longer hike from the other tower and if you’re staying a while that’s grocery trips and going all the way across the hotel to get to the car adds up! It was great because my sister is disabled so the walk was very manageable! Communication and check in was good. The rental actually comes from a very small rental store located at the food lion right down the road. You have to really look for it but it’s there! I thought we checked in at the front desk like we usually do when we rent at North Beach Plantation so that was a little confusing. Overall I would highly recommend this unit! There was plenty of room for 6 adults to spread out! Darius Rucker and so many others were there for the Masters so it was a fantastic time!
