Comfortably sleeping up to eight guests, this gorgeous apartment offers three bedrooms, with the master enjoying its own en-suite bathroom, plus a sofa bed in the lounge. A generous family bathroom complete with tub tops it all off.
Wake in the morning and enjoy a freshly brewed coffee and make a plan for the day. If it's a winter getaway you're here for, check the snow conditions by simply looking out the window before grabbing your gear from the drying room and built-in ski storage and hitting the slopes! Coronet Peak is just 20 minutes drive away, and The Remarkables are just shy of a 40-minute drive away.
On a summer getaway, hit one of the many trails around, visit the activity providers in town and see what's on offer, or why not visit the wineries to try some of the best Pinot Noir there is.
Despite the highly-convenient central location, Lions Heart Apartment is a peaceful and private place to relax, where you'll feel right at home the second you walk through the door.
The property is only an easy 5 minute walk in to town. The walk back is a short 63m walk back up Turner St hill. Once up there the views over town, lake and mountains are spectacular so its worth it!
The internet in the property has just been upgraded to a 1Gb/s connection so its super fast. If you are in the unfortunate situation that you need to do some work video conference calls you can feel rest assured that the connection will both fast and reliable.
Access to the property is via a pin code provided prior to checking in. Simply enter the code in the front door and pass the code to whoever else needs entry. No key is required. The pin-code will expire after check out time.
The Apartment is 167 square meters of space, all on one floor, without any staircases.
As with most Queenstown properties, if you are bringing or renting a car, the driveway to the garage is quite steep. We recommend that you rent a SUV (or similar) which has a higher approach angle to avoid scraping on entry.
There is room for one car in the garage, but there is also shared street parking (if available). There are also multiple secured parking lots (for a fee) in town if you are bring multiple vehicles .

We had a great stay at the property. The house was beautiful and warm with plenty of room for the 8 of us. The location was great, with great views and a short stroll into town.
The only issue we had was poor communication with the property manager. We were supposed to be sent the lock code to get access to the house. But this never happened. So when we got there to check in at 3pm, we were stuck outside, in the cold, for 20min, as we could not reach her.
When we did make it inside, everthing was just like in the photos and the rest is history.

From our first sight of the property we knew it would be perfect for our group of 6. It is nestled high on the hill overlooking town, the lake and the gondola, the views are spectacular, with only a short stroll to town. The home is warm, clean and inviting and our host Bex and property owner Hans were very accommodating. We were gobsmacked with the food and wine placed into the home for us to enjoy. We loved it here and will sure to be back. Thank you

Why they chose this property
Great views and a very comfortable apartment with large rooms creating private spaces for each bedroom as well as a big central living and dining area closely connected to the kitchen. The Media Room, which contains a large TV and a Sleeper Couch, can be privatized and separated from the rest of the house to create a 4th Bedroom. We also have a High Chair and an infant Porta-cot if needed.
