The Space:

Feel at home but a million miles away. The G features; 4 bedroom, 3 bathrooms recently

renovated in a relaxed, comfortable style, luxurious bedding & styled interiors, fully stocked

kitchen, local products and furnishings (we love supporting handmade artisan goods),

environmentally conscious elements and multiple indoor and outdoor spaces for you to

relax, connect and enjoy. The G also features lush level lawn areas, coastal gardens and fire

pit, views of both the beach and river and incredible sunsets. This unique experience is only

30 steps to the sand.

The Neighborhood:

Hide the car keys and take a bike ride or walk. There are so many things to enjoy in Gerroa. A meal at the Iconic Blue Swimmer is a must as well as exploring the Crooked River and the National Park. Keen for an activity? Gerroa is central to the best of the South Coast. From Surf Lessons, a round of Golf and bush walks to a Luxury Clay Experience, outdoor Cinema and massages. All these can be arranged for you to enjoy.



Become a local and attend the Farmers markets held weekly at Kiama and Berry. These showcase the pick of South Coast providers including Buena Vista Farm, The Pines and Pecora Dairy or buy online and collect from the farms themselves.



Berry, Gerringong, Kiama and Shoalhaven Heads are all great places to enjoy and explore. If shopping is your thing, you won’t be disappointed! Or just walk 10 minutes to Black Rock Headland to watch the whales swim by.



We live in a residential neighborhood, and we like to respect our Neighbours and ensure that we comply with the New South Wales regulations. We have a strict 10pm noise restrictions and we also have noise monitors in the house.



Getting Around:

There is a train service to Gerringong, and taxis are available in the area. It is however advised that you have access to a car if you want to unlock access to all that the South Coast has to offer.

We want you to enjoy your stay! Just a reminder that we use noise monitors to maintain a peaceful environment. We kindly ask that there be no music played after 9:00 PM

We had a fantastic time staying here over the long weekend. The house has everything you could need for a big group and more! Every last detail was considered and there was so much space it was an absolute pleasure to enjoy the house and relax. Fabulous location and I would definitely book again. 10/10!

Great house in a great spot

The G is an excellent house in a great location. Beautiful views and only a few steps to Little Beach. The beds are comfortable and there is plenty of space to relax and enjoy the wonderful Gerroa atmosphere.

Lovely relaxing house with exceptional water views.

This house was very clean with a relaxing holiday vibe and great for a holiday with family or friends. The beds were extremely comfy and our teenage children loved the extra lounge/tv room downstairs. Karly (the host) was friendly and helpful. Will be booking again!

Fantastic house and location

The photos don't really do it justice - the house is very bright with an open and inviting main living area plus a nice ocean view from the main bedroom. The hosts have done a great job renovating to a luxe standard, including turning the garage into a downstairs rumpus room. The online welcome pack was very helpful and informative and the hosts quick to respond when we needed help. All up, a perfect place to relax and enjoy. The only gripes would be the cleaners could do a more thorough job (some dirt and dog hair (dogs not allowed)) and a trip hazard between bedrooms and main landing due to different levels/surfaces, which could be remedied with a piece of quad timber.
