CANCELLATION POLICY - STANDARD
• If notification of a cancellation or amendment is received more than 14 days prior to the booking arrival date, a fee of $110 (including GST) will apply and will be deducted from the deposit paid prior to the issuing of a refund.
• If notification of a cancellation is received 14 days or less prior to the booking arrival date no refund or credit will apply.

Fully equipped kitchen with gas cooking and complete with dishwasher for all your cooking and cleaning needs. Large pantry for those longer stays when you want to stock up for your trip and not have to worry about going to the shops! Coffee pod machine provided.
Dining seating for 7 people that looks out to the backyard views.

LOUNGEROOM & ENTERTAINMENT
Large cosy loungeroom with a nice little reading corner if you're in need of a quiet afternoon. A Smart TV for all your Netflix needs. WIFI is available at this property.

Enjoy the woodfire heater in the cold Winter months. We have a cassette heating/cooling system for some extra warmth and to keep you cool during Summer, as well as ceiling fans in each bedroom. (Please note this property is BYO firewood)

We all had a lovely holiday in Bright. The house and location were perfect. Everything was clean and tidy. It was lovely sitting out the back enjoying the surroundings. It was a great location for our kids with plenty of activities to engage in.

Weekend in Bright

Our first impressions as we walked into the house, was the cleanliness and the bright, warm feeling, that this would be a home away from home. There were many supplies i.e tea/coffee/ tissues, soaps etc. Everything one needed. The layout of the house was excellent along with the lookout. We witnessed a lot of bird and animal life as we sat outside or were inside . We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to others to select this house for your stay in Bright.
