Location was great. It was fun sitting on balcony people watching on Duval. Seemed a little pricey for the off season. The beds were comfy and place was clean and well stocked. Would definitely stay again - love that it was on Duval.

Everything went smoothly. Communication was clear, access was easy. Small things like coffee pods, kitchen cleaning products, soap and lotion in the bathrooms, made it feel extra welcoming and comfortable.

Yes, in addition to previous notifications, notifications also arrived close to arrival that gave very good detailed instructions on how to get to and into the VRBO. The whole VRBO was immaculate and modern. Best of all was the location. Right on Duval Street and close to Hemingway Estate, Butterfly place, and Truman’s Little Whitehouse.

Great location

Great location and was largely as anticipated, but with the proximity to some of the local night life, it was very noisy into the early AM hours. Otherwise a very good stay.

Great location. House was perfect for our group and came with everything. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking breakfast. Came with coffee! The parking space was a bonus. Everything was clean, in great working order, and easy access! The ONLY negative was street noise. Be prepared for loud music, loud cars, and street cleaners early in the morning.
