Very nice house in a quiet neighborhood. Great view from the backyard. Very nice kitchen if you’re planning to cook. The host was responsive and helpful with the couple small issues we encountered.

The house was perfect for our gang of 8. The pool with its ability to heat it was a huge plus for us. Everyone enjoyed it of all ages. The view is also amazing, hanging around the fire pit was awesome with the long views. The beds were very comfortable too. My only thing was 2 out of the 3 shower heads are super low. I’m 5’6” and had to duck to get under. Super clean, super communicative, just all around awesome!

We had a wonderful time in Mission Viejo and absolutely loved the house! It was beautiful and the accommodations were perfect for our family. Carla was fantastic in her communications. We cannot say enough positive things about our experience!

The house was perfect for our family Thanksgiving get together. The beds are comfortable and the bedrooms spacious. The kitchen and dining rooms are very well stocked with every appliance that you could possibly need. Plenty of towels for pool and bathrooms. There are plenty of places to gather as a group or escape for some quiet time. The pool was clean and heated, and my family enjoyed spending most of the day in the yard. Property was absolutely amazing! Pictures don’t do it justice! Outside patio was perfect, plenty of space for dining and s’mores by the firepit. Pool and hot tub were wonderful. Kitchen and whole house were well stocked with everything we needed. Will definitely stay again!

Amazing stay

We stayed for two weeks with friends and kids. It was wonderful. I can't think of a single thing this house does not have, whether it's to cook (the house is equipped with 3 barbecues), play in the pool, pack & play for our 1 year old daughter... The view and sunset are magical, the solar panel heated pool makes it so that it's constantly enjoyable, and because the house is on the hills, there's a constant light breeze so that we are never too hot outside. We have family in the area and will come back for sure.

Girls trip

We loved our stay at this property. It has all the amenities you could want or ask for in a vacation rental. We barely left the house. House is well stocked and very clean. Beds were very comfortable as well. My only complaint is that the pool was very cold and they wanted a additional $400 fee to heat it for 3 days. Overall would highly recommend staying here.

Thanks for your kind words and yes the pool heating can be an issue depending on outdoor temps and the soaring cost of energy. We do mention this in the listing: "*The pool generally stays warm from the solar panels from late spring to mid fall. During the late fall/early spring the pool can get chilly, even with the solar panels. Additional pool heating is available for purchase as a 3 day minimum at current utility prices." We don't want to charge any more than it costs to heat the pool but that can vary by season and future rate hikes. Please inquire and we will work something out that is fair.

Family Christmas gathering

This home was perfect for our holiday trip. The kitchen is well equipped with very high-quality appliances. All of the bedrooms were comfortable. The house was incredibly clean every blanket and pillow throughout. We really enjoyed the hot tub, walks around the quiet neighborhood. There are several parks nearby. Easy access to beaches and shopping. It was just a lovely lovely week. I will try to rent this house again.

We thoroughly enjoyed this house!! It has everything you could possibly need from copious amounts of dish ware to spices & cooking necessities. Fully stocked with shampoos, laundry detergents, dishwashing liquid, paper towels and more. No other rental we’ve experienced had as many amenities. The pool and hot tub were amazing and our family of 7 felt safe & comfortable. Thank you!!!

This was an incredible vacation home; and my family and I had the best experience imaginable. The home is located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood; and is close to parks, shops, trails and dining. The property was comfortable and spotlessly clean. The backyard/pool area was wonderful; with spectacular sunset views in the evening. Carla, the property manager was the absolute best! The check-in process was seamless; and a welcome booklet was provided so that we could immediately enjoy all that the house had to offer. We highly recommend this vacation home to anyone visiting Orange County - we enjoyed every moment.

Wedding Bells in Mission Viejo

We enjoyed a perfect stay in this beautiful home for our son’s wedding in Mission Viejo. We could not have asked for a better experience. From check in to check out Carla was available and very responsive. The house was amazing providing everything we needed for a relaxing family stay. Location was great for the wedding in Mission Viejo and reception in San Clemente. When returning to the area in the future we will absolutely stay again. Terrific house

The house was wonderful. We were 4 adults and our 6 kids (ranging in age from 21 to 5). Bedrooms/bathrooms were comfortable and well appointed, kitchen is large and great for both hanging out as well as cooking meals. The pool is amazing. Even with all the fun stuff around the area, kids were happy to just be in the pool all day. The outdoor space of the house is really well thought out and easy to use. Everything was clean and ready when we arrived. The house is designed to be comfortable and easy to stay in, and Carla was friendly, easy to reach, and responsive when we had questions. Location was surprisingly good. 25 min drive to Disney parking garage with no traffic (we left at 7am), 20 min to airport, 25-30 min to awesome beaches. Great hiking trails nearby. Overall we had a terrific week.

Perfect for our large family!!!

The pictures are great and don't even begin to do this wonderful place justice! Communication was perfect and check in directions were clear. Upon arrival the entire house was impeccably clean and house manual missed no details! You have to remember to shut the hot tub heater off, which was a little learning curve but the hot tub heated super quick so it was no problem once we got the hang of it! Fair warning, if you have children they will try to chose the backyard pool area over DISNEYLAND!!!!! We literally did not want, or need to leave! There were 10 of us and we all had our own perfect space. We would love to come back and visit again soon!!! Carla was great to communicate with. 10/10 recommend!

Amazing SoCal Home

My family of 10 (including grandchildren) stayed at this amazing home for ten days. We were in town for a wedding and Southern California vacation. Wow! This was the perfect home for our trip. First, the home is large with 5 bedrooms and a great living room, huge kitchen and a nice dining room. The star of the show is the outdoor living area with a beautiful pool and jacuzzi, outdoor grill and lots of seating. The west facing view made for spectacular sunsets. The kids (and all of us) had a blast in the pool with all the pool toys the home has plus we all enjoyed the hot tub after long days at the beach or Disney. The home had all the basics needed in the gourmet kitchen and was generously stocked with extra towels. Note for coffee lovers - you will love this house. This house is beautiful and in a great location near Lake Mission Viejo. Also this was a great spot for us to get our wedding in San Clemente and trips to Disneyland (30 minutes) and Universal Studios (1 hour). We also enjoyed incredible beaches in San Clemente, Laguna Beach, Dana Point and Huntington Beach. Laguna Beach is particularly convenient from this house for beaches, dining, and shopping. We were in town for 10 days and there were multiple grocery stores, restaurants, and parks, within minutes. The host was great and check in/out was easy. You won’t find a better rental home or have a better experience than this one!!

Incredible house!

My co-workers and I were in town for almost a week and needed a place to relax after long days on the job. This house was perfect! It's super roomy, well equipped, feels luxurious, and comes with a great pool / hot tub. The views are unreal. I'd stay here again anytime!!!

We are a family of four with two kids sheds 3 and one. This place was absolutely ideal. We stayed for 5 days and could have stayed for many more. The advantage of having a full house instead of a hotel suite was amazing and being able relax at our own swimming pool was perfect. I would absolutely book again and can’t give enough credit for it. Great Location

The pictures do not do the property justice. Great views from the rear yard, morning and evening. You can actually see the fireworks from Disney in the distance. Awesome home for entertaining, everything you need. Would definitely recommend this to anyone.
