The home is ideally suited for family groups attending weddings at any of the Highlands beautiful function venues.
The home features good sized bedrooms, numerous large private open spaces and stunning views to the highland ranges.
The home has automatic fully ducted Air Conditioning for year round comfort and the wood fireplace provides relaxing lounging during cool winter evenings. (Please request at least a week before so as I can have the firewood and the special tools readied).
The large Maser bedroom features a king bed and ensuite with bath and includes an outdoor sitting area with views across Bowral.
A chefs kitchen and pantry and large dining table that seats 12 along with a large alfresco with amble seating and BBQ adds to the high end amenities.

The accommodation is excellent for a big family. Two minor potential improvement areas:-The door lock on the level 1 common bathroom should be fixed. -The guest manual seems to be quite important to avoid unwanted security messages. It would be helpful for the guest if a soft copy of the manual is issued to the guest prior to arriaval.

Our Fairview Experience

This beautiful home was exactly what we needed for 6 adults and 2 children to enjoy a relaxing few days together.The house was spacious and well equipped with everything we needed - including games for the kids. The location was also perfect and the neighborhood just stunning to have a walk around. The host, Phil, was very responsive and flexible - allowing us to check in earlier in the day to suit our arrival.We would definitely stay again.

The property was very clean and very well presented, it exceeded my expectations. The owner Phil was very helpful, prompt with communication and always ready to make accomodations for my requests as I asked for an early check in and he very willingly gave me an early check in and late check out which was very helpful. We love our stay at Fairview. It is conveniently located just a short 5 mins drive to the town Bowral. It is centrally located midway between Mittagong, Berrima and Moss Vale. The house was well equipped with top quality linens, towels, toiletery supplies and quality cooking utensils. It has ample of spaces downstair and upstair for three families to enjoy a holiday together. It will be perfect if the backyard was fully fenced so that our fury friends could wonder freely in the backyard.
