Treetopz is a secluded haven perched high above Pittwater in Bilgola. From the large deck with in-ground pool, the filtered views stretch across to West Head and as far north as Pearl Beach and the Central Coast. Serenely peaceful, it is the ideal location for those seeking a relaxing break while still only a 5-minute drive to Avalon beach and village with its boutique shops, restaurants, cafes, children's playgrounds, cinema and golf course.

The split-level house is light and airy, modern and open plan in design. The entry level has two bedrooms a queen-sized bedroom and twin bedroom. The adjoining bathroom has separate bath and shower. Down a few steps is the main living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area (with seating for 8), a lounge area with large screen TV linked to Foxtel, Apple TV, DVD player and separate sound system. The laundry is equipped with washing machine and dryer, with an additional shower and toilet. The entire floor opens to a covered timber deck with alfresco dining and BBQ overlooking the pool.

Upstairs is the master bedroom with a king-sized bed and en suite bathroom, with separate bath and shower. There is a large sunroom opening to a northwest facing balcony which overlooks Pittwater, Ku-ring-gai National Park and the swimming pool on the lower level.

The sunroom has a single bed with wardrobe, desk, table and chairs and there is an a sofa-bed downstairs should additional sleeping space be required.

This property is accessed by a steep driveway with parking and turning space at the top . Please note the owners live in a cabin on site and may be present during your stay.

Treetopz is within walking distance of Clareville Beach on the Pittwater foreshore. It is a short drive to Avalon beach and village and only a few kilometres from Palm Beach.

Regular express busses are available from Avalon to all the beaches along the coast between Palm Beach and central Sydney.

There are regular ferry services from Palm Beach Wharf around Pittwater and to Patonga, Cottage Point and Wagstaff and Ettalong on the Central Coast.
