A $500 AUD penalty will be charged for any evidence of smoking, including triggering the fire alarm system. 2. No Parties: Parties are not permitted. Please be mindful of noise to respect our neighbors. Any loud noise or parties will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of your security deposit. 3. Quiet Hours: Kindly observe quiet hours between 10 pm and 7 am to ensure a peaceful atmosphere for all residents. 4. Pets: Service animals are welcome. Please contact us before booking to confirm accommodation for other pets. 5. Self-Check-In: Check-in is self-service. Instructions will be sent the day before your arrival. If you encounter any issues, feel free to contact us. 6. Loss of Keys/Access Devices: A $300 charge applies for lost keys or access devices. A $100 charge will apply for assistance with unlocking the door (or you may contact a local locksmith). 7. Damage Deposit: A damage deposit will be held for any damages or losses during your stay. 8. Family-Friendly Stay: Our apartment is an ideal choice for your family's comfort. While we don't provide baby cots, we warmly welcome families. 9. Environmental Responsibility: Please help us conserve energy by turning off the air conditioning and lights when leaving the apartment. 10. Careful Handling of Property: Handle fragile items with care. Notify us immediately if something is accidentally damaged. 11. Garbage Disposal: Dispose of garbage in the chute located on the left-hand side of the lift. If you'd prefer, you may leave it in the designated bin for us to handle. 12. No Drugs or Illegal Activities: The use or possession of illegal substances, and any form of prostitution, is strictly prohibited. 13. Property Items: Please do not remove any items from the property. 14. Items Left Behind: A $50 handling fee, plus postage, will apply for any items left on the property. 15. This was exactly as described, and a perfect location in the heart of Sydney. The apartment was comfortable and clean. Highly recommend this rental in Sydney.
Place was clean and safe. The area was very convenient on getting around downtown, harbor area. Walking distance to grocery store. Use of Light Rail was wonderful on George Street. Would use this property again if I venture back to Sydney.
This has to be one of the best locations in Sydney. Close to everything and I’m walking distance. View from apartment windows, amazing. Owner was quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend.
Wonderful accommodation in the heart of Sydney. If you want to be where all the action is then this is the place. Close to the harbor, restaurants, public transportation, and museums, this rental is walking distance to everything. The apartment has every amenity you could possibly want and the owner was a pleasure to work with. We would definitely stay here again in the future.
A great property, would stay again. The only things missing were good sized coffee mugs (and more than 4) and face washers in the bathrooms. Otherwise just fantastic
This is a nice place. The check in is very unique as you need to access the keys from a lockbox on a street a block over from the property. Leo communicates very well. Bathrooms could have been cleaned a bit better. Would stay again.
Two friends and I stayed at this property on a 3-day visit to Sydney. It was the perfect location for exploring the sites - very centrally located. And Leo made check-in and check-out extremely easy. As is often the case in a big city, the living space in the apartment is small, but it gets great afternoon sunlight and the common areas in the building (lounge off lobby, large outdoor deck) are large and well done.
I booked the apartment for a short family holiday in Sydney. The location was to die for! I loved being a few minutes walk from the QVB, the light rail, shopping and all the central Sydney spots. There was a Coles and chemist warehouse very close by, making it easy to pick up supplies. The apartment was lovely, with light everywhere and great city views. We loved watching the light rail going up and down George St. With the addition of a sleeper couch, the 2 bed, 2 bath apartment was perfect for our family of 4. Leo was very responsive and easy to Communicate with. We would definitely book again!
We wanted 2 bedroom accomodation close to the shops and harbour and that’s exactly what we got! Right opposite lots of shopping, lots of restaurant choices, close to all public transport. Leo was great communicating and very helpful and flexible with us. Highly recommend
