Situated in East Orleans just moments from scrumptious dining, eclectic shopping, and world renowned Nauset Beach, the best of Cape Cod is readily available to you. The main floor of this home holds a lovely family room with 36" TV, an adjacent dining room with seating for 8, a well equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a bedroom with queen bed. On the second floor you will find two bedrooms, one with with a queen bed and a twin bed and one with a full bed and bunk beds (2 twin beds) as well as an additional bathroom with a tub. Unwind after a day at the beach on the back deck accessible via the sliding glass doors off the kitchen. Enjoy BBQ's on the gas grill and dining alfresco at the table on the deck or on the picnic table in the green grass. Peek at the twinkling stars while relaxing under the warm water within the outdoor shower. There is parking in the driveway for 4 cars. Short getaways available with an added cleaning fee. Great house in Orleans

The house is in a great location near Nauset beach. When we arrived the house was very clean and met all our expectations. We liked the house so much we rented it two years in a row.

Everything about this home was perfect and as listed: location, accommodations, cleanliness. We were out of the house on "beach days," and going to favorite haunts on cloudy days. In the evenings the dining room table was perfect for family board games and UNO. This is a lovely spot.

Cozy but spacious Cape Cod Cottage

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an awesome time during our stay. Upon arrival, the instructions were on point and we didn’t have any questions. The cottage was clean and smelled fresh. We loved the traditional decor. The kitchen and bathrooms seemed newly updated and were very nice. The lot was private and had a nice layout for the family. We were surrounded by trees and shrubbery yet got a great mix of sun and shade. We loved the location so we could get down to Nauset beach quickly when we wanted to, but we also love to drive all over the Cape so it was a good middle location for daily traveling. Great place, great location. We’d love to come back again.
