This wonderful Orleans rental was perfect for our family’s needs. Close to our favorite beach and located at the end of a private road the large back yard provides ample space for kids to play safely. Check in and check out was easy. We highly recommend this rental property.

Comfortable residence a mile and a half from Nauset Beach

Property is more spacious than pictures showed. Property was as represented in description and is at the end of a private road which makes it secluded and very safe for children. Area is extremely quiet and back yard was large and private. Overall, it is a great property for a family Cape Cod vacation near the beach.

Great location, very comfortable

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The house was plenty big enough for us (5 adults), and we were very comfortable there. We ended up making most of our meals and eating in, enjoyed hanging out together at night playing games or watching movies-- the kitchen is well equipped and spacious. Nausset beach is barely 5 minutes away by car. The location felt very private and peaceful. Check in was easy and everything was clean and as described, we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice property

The house is on the end of a very quiet street so there is a lot of privacy. Furniture is comfortable, kitchen is well stocked and beds are comfortable. We had some tech challenges in the beginning but the agent and owner were very responsive and took care of it in a timely manner. Only slightly negative thing is there are no hooks in the bathrooms to hang towels.

Spacious and renovated, just minutes from Nauset

We’ve been renting at the Cape for 27 years, and on balance, this house had much to recommend it. Basic and not fancy, but very clean and fresh. Much more spacious than exterior pictures would suggest. Bathrooms and kitchen are recently renovated and in wonderful working order. Wifi and water pressure all excellent. The interior of the house was very well-lit in all spaces. Air conditioning worked flawlessly. Outdoor shower was in great condition. Deck area had ample seating for outdoor meals. A fire pit stocked with firewood was a welcome sight. Plenty of dishware for a large family—kitchen had basically what you need to cook meals. Several luxuries including 3 giant TV’s with a few streaming services. Also a nice new grill, which we didn’t use but appreciated. Appliances are new. Washer and dryer, great! Responsiveness from the owner, also great! In all, this is a great house for a large family. Note for future renters: the house really only sleeps 10, not 12. There are no pull-out couches. Also, the bed advertised in the room with the two twins is a Full-size bed, not a Queen. Two of the bedrooms could really use shades. We had to hang towels to darken those rooms for sleeping.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was great even apart from the rainy days! We loved Skaket Beach which is wonderful for kids. The kids loved Nauset beach because of the waves and it had plenty of room for the many who went there. The sunsets were beautiful at Skaket and Rock Harbor. We dined at Hog Island Brewery. It's very relaxing and had a fun atmosphere. The Rock Harbor Grill was OK. Kids asked to go to The Pearl in Wellflet twice. Very popular and busy at dinnertime. The Barley Neck Inn had very good food and was not really a place for kids. The adults loved it there. We ventured to Provincetown, Chatham for shops and the Wellfleet Flea Market. Of course mini golf was in the itinerary as well.The house we rented suited us well. We had 5 adults and 5 children. The yard is big for kids to play. Everyone loved the outdoor shower. I think we all had a turn.The kitchen was well equipped and had plenty of storage. The towel hooks are not great and towels didn't dry well. The dryer turned out to be a life saver. Furniture and beds were clean and comfortable.

Beautiful spacious house. Kitchen was well-equipped, there was plenty of bedrooms and beds for our family of 6. Perfect for large families. Multiple TVs, a nice fire pit, a clean outdoor shower. When we go back to Cape Cod, we would rent this house again!

The property was very clean. The bedrooms were comfortable and met all of our needs. The walking distance to the beach was a bit more then we anticipated, but close enough. We appreciated the kitchen for cooking supplies. As per the agent, we brought our own bedding, laundry, spices, paper products. It would have been nice to have the bedding included. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor spaces and parking was more then ample for all our family members. Beautiful home with quick access to the beach. Thank you very much for allowing us to make our 2022 memories in Orleans.

Excellent rental home in Orleans
