The Space:
The Location - This recently renovated townhouse is situated in the ideal location at the south end of Mollymook Beach, at the rear of the small quiet complex. Close to the Mollymook Beach, Mollymook Golf Club and golf course, children's playground with exercise equipment, cafes and restaurants.
The Townhouse - Our modernised townhouse on Davies Street is perfect for those who like to relax at home. At the rear of the property is an undercover entertaining area with an outdoor lounge and gas BBQ. Foxtel and a new fireplace has recently been installed - perfect for the winter season! Fire-starters and some wood will also be available for use.
The property has three spacious bedrooms upstairs; one with a queen and the other two with two singles in each. The main bathroom is located upstairs, with a shower, bath and toilet and an additional shower and toilet is available for use in the laundry area downstairs.
The single garage is available for use - great for summer! Leave the car at home and stroll to Mollymook Beach, Collers Beach or the Golf Course. Perfect place for a coastal getaway!
Important Notes
- Linen and towels are included however please be sure to pack and bring your own beach towels
- This property is not pet friendly
- This property has a strict 'no party policy' and guests must be over the age of 21 when booking this property.
- Strictly no schoolies, bucks or hens parties these type of bookings will be cancelled
- Payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed under Terms & Conditions.
