Just opposite The Surf Club, this is one of the most sought-after locations in Sawtell - within walking distance to the beach, boutique shopping, gourmet cafes and award-winning wine bars and restaurants.

Stunning refurbishment throughout, with a clean and beachy style that will make you feel like you are on holidays the moment you walk through the door.

Sleeping 2 guests comfortably:
Master bedroom: Queen Bed, ensuite with toilet and shower, built in robes and blinds
Kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances including electric stovetop and fridge/freezer.

The ocean breezes are always flowing through this open and airy apartment and watch the local Rosellas frolic in the frangipani tree right outside your windows. This apartment is on the upper level of the complex and on the end of the building so you have a private space - with ocean glimpses! Smart TV, comfortable lounging, a balcony with seating and a Webber BBQ to enjoy Summer living.

There is an extra fold out sofa bed in the living room to sleep an extra guest if required, but please note that access for the bathroom is through the main bedroom. Laundry is external and includes washer and outdoor clothesline and undercover air dryer. Linen and bath towels are provided, feel free to bring your own beach towels. No Pets, No parties and no smoking permitted.

Sawtell

Close to beach and Sawtell village which has a good vibe and facilities. The apartment is small suitable for 2 people only but clean and fitted out sufficiently.

It was very spartan in terms of amenities in the Kitchen, not even a little long life milk for tea/coffee. Inexpensive treats can make all the difference.

Reviewer Comments: Good location would have been more comfortable with aircon and blinds on the balcony to filter the morning sun which would help to keep it cooler inside as well. I noticed their were washed out stains on the linen so whilst they had been laundered the stains were there not to visible though. Would also suggest the cleaner cleans under the bed as it was very dusty under it. I vacuumed a bit of it as best I could. We were happy enough with the stay as the price was reasonable given the location. It was just a little to small of a unit.

Located opposite the surf beach and close to village cafes/shops. Private. Locals are friendly. Beach/headland is beautiful. Lack of car accommodation is a negative although street parking is generally available. Bathroom is very small.

Everything was as described, only issues bedroom needs blackout blinds (the ones there are too light) and some blinds or curtains on glass door at the front. On a hot day the sun pours in and at night no privacy from the street. Otherwise very happy with it.

It was across the road from the surf club, where I went every morning to do an open water swim. There is a lovely cafe with outdoor seating overlooking the beach at the surf club. The property was also close to the downtown strip with restaurants, bakeries, shops, and a movie theatre. The apartment was perfect for our needs, although it lacked heart in terms of furnishings. It has the feel of a rental unit, rather than a home. There wasn't any internet so we sat on a bench outside of the RSL building (block away) to get online. McGrath was very responsive with our needs. We left our ipad when we left and they notified us so we could come back and claim it.

Super super handy to beach across the road and also to shops, cafes, bars and RSL ub. Very relaxing break. Adding WiFi would make this great place even better.
