About this property

Ground Floor Apartment near Beach

Located on the ground floor of the Shores, with easy access from your car space to the apartment. This apartment is beautifully furnished thorough out, with air conditioning for your comfort in both the lounge and master bedroom. It's a short walk to Main and Pebbly Beaches and also Forster's cafes and restaurants. Enjoy your own private courtyard with its lovely garden area creating a sense of peace and tranquility.

The light and spacious lounge has a large Smart TV with Wi-Fi and a DVD player and with sliding doors opening to the covered entertainment area you can enjoy the easterly breezes while preparing a meal on the good size BBQ or just relax after a day of sea and sunshine.

The main bedroom has a queen size bed and walk-through robe to the ensuite. This bedroom leads out to the courtyard via the sliding door. The second bedroom has a double bed and a single bed and also a built in robe. Access via the sliding door to the courtyard also.

Both bedrooms come with fresh linen and fluffy towels. Just bring along some beach towels so you can enjoy the inground pool in the complex or when at the beach.

The bathroom has a bath with shower above. An internal laundry is also available in the apartment. The modern kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, good size fridge/freezer and is fully stocked, catering for your every need.

This property is strictly non-smoking.

A bond applies to all bookings by way of a preauthorisation on a valid credit card.

This was a great accommodation option for our family of five. Plenty of room and all the amenities we need for our holiday. A short stroll to the beach and baths, easy for our two year old.

Stove was all rusted and seemed unhygienic to use. There was a strong mould smell throughout the apartment even after trying to air apartment out as much as possible. Outdoor area was not tidy. A lot of debris and leaf litter everywhere and outdoor furniture was dirty and clearly not touched of quite some time. At numerous times, visitors of the building would park in the designated parking spot for this unit, due to its location near the visitors parking, so therefore we were left without a car spot with two young children. We have previously stayed in this building, in different apartments, and have been very happy and impressed however we will not book this ground floor apartment again.
