Beautiful place in Fort Walton. Very good communication and information that was shared before our visit. Hot tub on location which is what we typically look for. Pool was nice as well. They had everything we could have needed in the condo. Highly recommended. BTW we ate at The Boardroom, Rockin Tacos and AL's Beach club while we were there and the drinks and food were delicious at those places.

Great place!

This rental was perfect. Beach views, just a walk to the pier & Crab Trap for dinner, short drive to Crab Island, and short walk to the beach! This stay was perfect!

Very comfy and clean. Beach chair service that was included was Great! Had two teenagers with us that enjoyed the work out room and pool. Property was with in walking distance of a couple fantastic restaurants and an ice cream place.

Great Space and Location

This property was described just as listed and was perfect for our little family vacation. The Island Princess is located near several restaurants within walking distance and just a few short miles away from Destin. The condo itself had plenty of room and had the perfect view of the ocean from the balcony. The only complaint is that we did not have an ironing board, so it made it very difficult to iron clothing during our stay. Other than that it was a perfect place!

Spring Break 2022- looking forward to 2023.

We spent three nights here and considered asking if it was available longer. Everything was clean, and as expected. The beach service was fantastic and the pool was nice. The one hick up was that there was a Keurig when the check in instructions said to bring coffee filters. We called the office and they had a brand new coffee maker delivered within the hour. The only regret is that we never looked in the second bedroom closet until we were leaving. The closet was full of boogie boards, skim boards, beach chairs, etc. My family of 5 found this space enjoyable and relaxing.

Unfortunately we couldn’t get the bed out from the couch so my son had to sleep on the couch (it appeared it was broken). Also, the master bath could use some shower upgrades and the guest bath didn’t hold water in the tub for her bath. Kitchen was well stocked! Balcony furniture was great! Overall, even with the little mishaps, we were super happy and had a great stay!

I have been going to Okaloosa Island for 25 years and this was the crispiest, cleanest condo ! The newly remodeled shower in the master! New bedroom furniture and bedding! New appliances! Everything was fabulous! Brooks amd Shorey are a wonderful management company!
