Welcome to The Foothills at Thousand Hills Golf Resort! This 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom condo has everything you are looking for! This condo is located just off the Branson strip and is minutes from everything Branson has to offer. This recently updated property has plenty of space for family gatherings and has an onsite indoor pool and hot tub that can be enjoyed year-round! This is a second-floor unit, but it is a walk in unit!

The open living room and dining room is the highlight of this property. The new modern furniture perfectly fills the space. The open concept makes it so everyone can be part of the fun of cooking a meal, enjoying a movie, or playing a game. We've included everything you need for you to enjoy on your vacation. The kitchen comes with everything you need to make your favorite meal for your family. Why wait in long lines when you can enjoy your favorite recipes right in your home-away-from-home? We have it all. Between the spacious dining area and large breakfast bar there is seating for everyone! The living room features a large new smart TV amd awesome specialty recliner. This is the perfect place to have a family movie night. The living room opens to a large, covered deck with comfortable seating. Enjoy a cup of morning coffee or evening snack while enjoying the peaceful view of the Ozark Mountain hills.

Our guests tell us that the beds in our properties are some of the most comfortable they have ever slept on, and this condo is no exception! This property has a new king mattress. The second bedroom has a queen and a full so with the sleeper sofa the condo sleeps 8! Both bedroom suites have luxury bedding and an attached full bath - both with double sinks! We have included a flat screen television in each room as well so everyone can watch what they want while on vacation. The primary king bathroom also has a large, jetted tub/ shower combo. The new sofa in the living room doubles as a sleeper sofa - perfect for extra guests. There is also a pack-n-play in the condo. This unit sleeps up to eight guests.

In addition to everything the condo has to offer, guests can also enjoy onsite amenities. The clubhouse and pool complex are just across the parking lot. From the large outdoor pool to indoor pool and hot tub there is something for everyone to enjoy while staying at the Foothills!

1st Branson Stay

Had a great stay. Only down fall was the hot tube. It wouldn’t turn on so we thought we would just soak in the hot water but the chemicals were so strong we couldn’t enjoy it at all. Beautiful place to stay and comfortable. Kids loved the indoor pool.

Amazing Condo

This condo was spacious and very nice. It is conveniently located so that you can get to “the strip” easily and quickly. An added bonus is that you don’t have to go up or down stairs to get to this unit. The clubhouse with both pools was a short walk, and our smallest guest loved the indoor pool. We have stayed at this set of condos before, but this was by-far the nicest unit we have ever stayed at.

Just what we needed

The condo was just what we needed for our four night getaway in Branson. Location was excellent! The condo itself is decorated cute and very functional. The host has thought of everything. There’s snacks which my children very much enjoyed! There are tide pods for doing laundry if needed. Plenty of space in the fridge to do a large grocery pick up. The condo itself is very spacious. Most importantly, everything was very clean!

The property was very easy to access! Once we got into our condo, we were pleasantly surprised with the amount of room that was there! Very spacious, including kitchen, living room bedroom and bathroom. The patio deck area was extremely large as well and we use that a lot! The kitchen was set up very well and well stocked for everything we cooked. (Bring your own salt and pepper ) The icemaker was very fast and efficient which if you’ve ever traveled with a family, you know you need a lot of ice for drinks, water bottles, etc. We would gladly return to this property next time we’re down here.

40th Birthday

We came for a long weekend with 4 adults, a 14 yr old, 6 yr old, and 3 yr old. Place was clean, and i am very picky. There was enough space for everyone. It was in a quiet nice clean area. Clubhouse was nice, indoor pool was ice cold first day but we just figured because it was a week day during off season. We went next day and it was warm and clean. The hot tub was murky and gross. The jetted bathtub in the condo also had mold or nasty black stuff around jets. The bedrooms and bathrooms get very hot when doors are closed. We bought a fan bit later found out we could have called the helpline and they would have bought us one. We enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful!

We loved this condo! Both bedrooms had a private bathroom, which was great! The beds were very comfortable! Loved the furniture, especially the little blue chair in the living room! The area was nice and quiet and we were close to everything! If we come back to Branson, we’d love to stay here again!

2023 family Christmas trip

When we walked in it looked good on the surface but as the evening when on and showers began water was coming through the ceiling above the Christmas tree and above the master bathroom shower. I called the numbers and nobody came we dried it the best we could to keep the ceiling from falling in. I finally heard back from the owner after we were home and nothing has been done to try to compensate for our major issues. When checking in we did not receive the code for the indoor pool, sauna, and hot tub until our last day. Very disappointing and a lot of work for it to be a get away.
