Wake up and enjoy a coffee in the morning using our Nespresso machine, or a sparkling wine in the evening, overlooking gorgeous views towards the beach and over the greenery of the reserve.
And when the blanket of night hits, melt into a luxuriously comfortable queen sized bed with quality bedding. The contemporary bathroom also has everything you need, featuring a walk in shower, toilet and laundry all in one.
There's everything you need here, including a fully equipped kitchen, but if you don't fancy cooking, don't stress! There are an endless array of fine dining and casual meal options within a short stroll away.

So you can travel light, we supply body wash, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and a hairdryer. There are also two luxury plush Bath sheet towels and 1 pool towel supplied per guest.

Situated on the eleventh floor (accessed by a secure lift), this Modern self-contained private 1 bedroom apartment is perfectly located on Colley Terrace in the heart of Glenelg.
You won't need to drive anywhere as everything is within walking distance. If you do have a vehicle, there is a secure paid underground parking available in the building that you can pre-purchase with their reception.

One of Glenelg’s best positions (in our opinion), having Jetty Road, Glenelg beach and all the lifestyle amenities the bay has to offer at your doorstep. There are over 300 local businesses to choose from along the kilometre long main street that is Jetty Road, and when you’ve shopped til you’ve dropped you can reward yourself with a fabulous coffee, a cold beverage or a meal in one of our many interesting cafés or restaurants, ranging from quirky and casual to formal dining.
Getting Around:
Bus's, trams all easily accessible from the apartment. Don’t forget to experience a ride in one of Glenelg’s iconic trams, which take you from Jetty Road right through to the City to Adelaide’s Entertainment Centre.

Other Things to Note:
This is a self catering property. We do provide linen & towels, along with a starter consumables pack which includes a small amount of tea, coffee, coffee pods, milk, shampoo, conditioner, soap & toilet paper. Depending on your length of stay and usage, you may need to purchase additional consumable items during your stay.
For extended stays over 21+ nights, mid-stay servicing is required for the upkeep of the property. We will notify you when this is due to occur.
There is strictly no smoking inside the property and no parties allowed at this property. Smoking is allowed on balcony only, providing doors are kept shut.
Please note, whilst the apartment is within in a hotel complex, it is to be treated as a private self catering holiday rental, and therefore no room service or daily cleaning is included. Paid secure parking in the complex can be arranged via the hotel reception in advance, and is currently advertised $30 per night / $23 per night for 7+ nights.
