Guest Access:
You’ll have full, exclusive access to the condo during your stay plus access to the common area amenities at this condo include a swimming pool, 24/7 security, elevator, beautiful lobby area, terrace and parking on premise.
There are bicycles available for use at this condo. The service is free and subject to availability on a first-come-first-serve basis. Unfortunately it is not possible to reserve them in advance. Please note that the bicycles in the apartment are exclusively for the use of the owner.
The Neighborhood:
Located inside a beautiful residential community of Aldea Zamá situated perfectly half way between the beach and Tulum's town! It's the best location in Tululm! You can bike or walk the Aldea Zamá community too. There's a little commercial area with a market and some restaurants and there’s easy access to the bike path that leads to the beach road too.
- The Aldea Zamá community is surrounded by beautiful lush jungle for a mystical vibe yet with upscale modern conveniences
- Shopping is within walking distance from convenience stores to bigger grocery stores like Chedraui and of course loads of boutiques and shops in town and at the beach road
- The Tulum town shops and Aldea Zama's commercial shops are within walking distance
- Mayan ruins, ancient cenotes (freshwater sinkholes unique to this area), lagoon floats, and of course Tulum's beach, famous jungle eateries and clubs are only a few minutes away

The condo is about 118 km | 73 miles or about an 1 hour and 45-min drive from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). It’s best to prearrange your airport transfers. Please take note: Tulum is currently under development and until further notice, there is construction taking place nearby and noise must be expected from Monday to Saturday.
Electricity & Internet outages are a reality in Tulum and completely out of our control. If our guests experience these outages, we apologize in advance, but Stella Rentals cannot be held responsible for this inconvenience.

THERE ARE BICYCLES AVAILABLE AT THE COMPLEX. THE NUMBER IS LIMITED & SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY.
We provide a few bath essentials like toilet paper, soap, shampoo, conditioner & body wash, but please note that these are not replenished during your stay. If you need more, you’ll need to purchase more.
There is no daily housekeeping but if you’d like the place cleaned, it can be arranged for an additional fee. Please message us at least 24 hours in advance and by 5 pm the day before the service.
Electricity is included for short-term stays (2-27 nights). Please help us save energy by using the AC wisely and keeping the temperature at 25°C. Electricity is not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more and will be charged as consumed based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
Surveillance cameras are located in outdoor, in common areas and public spaces. The surveillance cameras are strictly for security reasons to ensure guests' safety. All cameras only face outdoor areas or corridors.
HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the condo, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed on the premises.
- Please avoid hanging towels or clothes on the balcony/terrace railings.
- Pool and common area regulations and hours must be respected.
- We ask that you please adhere to the rules of the complex during your stay.
Interaction with Guests:
This is a self-check-in property. Access codes will be provided to you within 24 hours before arrival.
You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week from 8 am until midnight should you need anything - just send us a message via the booking platform.
