Nice, roomy place conveniently located close to the beach. The condo complex has a nice pool, hot tub, and gym that are available to all guests, which was nice. The only issue we had some was with the overhead lighting, which took a couple of days to replace. Other than that, the stay and place was very nice.

Beach Vacation

We had a wonderful, quiet stay at this condo! The location is absolutely perfect—it's just a short walk to the local beaches and a quick drive to Padre Island National Seashore, which made exploring the area incredibly easy. The space was peaceful and exactly what we were looking for in a coastal getaway. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a relaxing beach trip!

The location of this property is excellent and was definitely the highlight of our stay. However, there were a few areas that could use some attention.The lighting in the main living area was inadequate. The overhead light in the living room didn't work, and neither did the floor lamp, making the living room and kitchen feel quite dark, especially in the evenings.The bedding could use an update, as the pillowcases appeared yellowed, and the towels were very thin and well worn.One other suggestion would be to replace the glass-top coffee table. The glass is difficult to see, and we bumped our shins on it several times during our stay.With a few updates and minor maintenance, this could be an even more enjoyable place to stay.

Beaches and Birding the perfect combo trip

Such a great experience!

We just stayed for 3 nights and it was the most perfect vacation spot! So cute and right next to the beach everything was so convenient we will be back next year! Communication was clear, all the amenities you need! Absolutely loved it!

Great place for fun in the sun

GREAT, first time doing a VRBO, we were able to check in 4 hours early, the short walk to ocean was done MANY times, great fishing and very relaxed area, would do this again

Beach Stay

I was so happy to find such a reasonably priced stay this close to the beach—and it exceeded all my expectations! The space was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. It’s within walking distance to the beach, but the real bonus is being able to drive right onto the sand and park next to your spot—so convenient for unloading gear. 10/10 recommend, and I’d definitely stay here again!

Excellent accommodations!

Highly recommend this property, very clean and everything we needed to feel at home. Excellent communication with the property management during our stay (our pool key needed activated) and it was taken care of immediately. We will be back next year!
