character house on the ground floor with swimming pool near Toulouse with a garden near a lake. This includes a living room with open fireplace on a desk with reading corner. A large fully equipped kitchen with a small fireplace. A large bedroom with view of a very large bay window overlooking the garden, a 180 cm bed and a shower room (walk-in shower and wc). Two bedrooms each with a 140 cm bed. A bathroom with shower Italian, bath and wc. A covered terrace of 70m2 adjoins the living room. Overhanging the swimming pool; it has a teak garden furniture, a large table, a summer kitchen with plancha and barbecue. Another terrace is behind the kitchen under a hut surrounded by a bamboo forest. Parking and a shed allow cars to park inside the property closed by an automatic gate.
